My seating was horrible, but they were busy so I accepted it. My soup was lovely, but it took them almost an hour to bring my Shrimp Carbonara Tortellini. The pictures you see were on ARRIVAL. This is my favorite dish. Normally very rich, thick tortellini and creamy cheesy goodness drenched in sauce. This time I received a half portion, my tortellini were ravioli fileted a bit to kinda look like tortellini but were flat and empty mostly. Sparse sauce. Total garbage. Did they fire Amber? Hire an inexperienced chef? What’s up? Because the food totally bombed and is not the standard it was last year and all of the years previously. Just yuck. And after waiting patiently, with kind understanding about the wait… the lack of food quality was abysmal.

It’s been more than an hour since we ordered food. I understand it’s Friday and it’s busy but come on. More than an hour. Used to be like manager come and apologize for the delay but when you wave at the manager, male manager looked away. Very disappointed. Love Olive Garden but this is the bitter experience we have today. Had to make our food To-go. Very disappointed.

Very nice experience for an early dinner. Our waiter Colby was the best! Made our experience go from good to GREAT! He delivered everything with care and consideration. Great sense of humor! The food was classic good italian. They did change their classic eggplant parmesan recipe which was a bit disappointing. But new version probably a bit healthier! Left very full and satisfied with to go boxes!

I ordered delivery today and purchased two meals. When the food arrived and I opened the bags, the shrimp scampi was missing. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, but the manager’s attitude was very disappointing. She repeatedly insisted that the round container was supposed to contain the shrimp scampi, even though there was clearly no shrimp scampi inside — only the soup that comes with the shrimp scampi.
Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. She spoke to me in a very dismissive way, almost as if she thought I was trying to get free food. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

The servers we had today was porsche. one of the best servers we have ever had at Olive garden and we have been going for years. Brought everything to us very quickly and always with a smile. and was not seemingly like a lot of staff,Hiding in the back. She was right there with everything we needed.

Food was very good and service was excellent. The gluten free pasta with meat sauce was very good but a just a little too salty for me. The zuppa Toscana soup had fantastic flavor but one of my potato chunks had a dark spot. I’d order both again anyway. The salad was entirely fresh and tasty with only vibrant fresh ingredients.

Food was consistent. Service left a lot to be desired. Hostess should be changed or trained a little longer. She was clueless and instead of asking for help, she just kept saying “I don’t know”. Our waitress definitely couldn’t handle multiple tables. She complained to us that she had a table of 11 and our table of 7. She was overwhelmed. Understandably so but again, she needed to ask for help.

Another great meal at Olive Garden! I had the chicken parm which was outstanding. Very hot too! We also had the pasta fagsil soup which came out hot and so flavorful. The soup had so much depth. Then there was our server Corey. He was on his game, we never wanted for anything. A++++ great experience!

Today my husband convinced me to go to Garden, I say that because I’m not to big a fan of Olive Garden. But it was Sunday afternoon after Church and I agreed. The food was good, but with an exception of one of the appetizers. But our server who’s name is Jay. Maann this lady was remarkable and amazing, she hit all the right the customer service points. The young lady was top notch. She should be a manager in there server department. She made sure we comfortable and felt important from our entrance welcoming up until we were so full, laughing and enjoying ourselves and asked for carry out trays and the bill. Her smile and presence was everything. Warm and welcoming

We went for Mother’s Day — and they handled it well. We had a large party of eight but service was up to it. And the food was great ! Tasty and fragrant minestrone — good sized portions all around ..
