One bite of the brisket tacos was all I needed to know these guys know what they are doing. I worked at a place where we smoked a lot of meat. I got quite good and this is some of the best brisket I’ve tasted outside of home cooked or southern.

Steve catered our wedding this past weekend and knocked it out of the park! Everyone was raving about the food! It was a cold and rainy day and Steve brought his own tent to set up from our tent to his truck! He was so easy to work with and an all around great guy! Definitely suggest booking him for your events! The options he provided hit all our guests needs!

Family owned and operated with integrity. Do not find that too often at the chains being served by someone who has little concern or pride in what they do. I have tried nearly all menu items and I come back to the ‘take it’ tacos and the barbacoa tacos. Messy goodness. I will hit this place up at last once a week when in season and will even get whole smoked chickens! Beats rotisserie chickens hands down.

Idk who left the bad review, but my bet is someone wearing a suit and tie expecting a tidy meal. I stopped there today while waiting on a customer, and holy schnikey! I got the barbacoa and it was amazing. On the messy scale, I’d say it was probably a 7 on a scale of 10, but it was better than Chipotles barbacoa by a long shot. I highly recommend that if you see this food truck, you stop and eat. It was cheaper than a combo meal at McDonalds too!
