I came here and was at the end of the worst customer service. A worker named Katrina was very rude to me. She made stark remarks about my order and myself. I felt very disrespected. I also noticed she was very disrespectful to the other workers as well berating them. All this for a simple sandwich order. I asked her for information to speak with a manager and received none. Will not be returning if disrespect continues.

This place is gross. So dirty. The kitchen side especially is terribly dirty and so is the customer side. Lots of unfinished construction. I sure hope a contractor didn’t do this work. Feels like the owner said, hey I own a hammer and drill, I’ll do the work. I have other pictures Google won’t let me upload for some reason.

The food and workers are just as good as any other Subway, my main issue is with the opening times.

The opening time everywhere for this location is listed as 9 pm, however most times I try to go there they’re almost always late to opening by 30 or more minutes. But my recent experience is the only reason I ended up making this review; I tried to go in at 9:50 but they somehow were still setting up inside. My issue is not with the workers, all of them are very nice and friendly. But if it’s going to take that long to set up every time, then please change the opening time to 9:30 or 10:00. There is no reason it should be shown as 9:00 if it almost never actually opens on time, it’s completely misleading. Thank you

I love this place. It’s very well run and everyone is very helpful whenever I’m trying to do something with my phone. They’re very patient. The gentleman who I believe runs the place, maybe the owner, he always makes sure you are greeted with a friendly welcome.

I travel around and this is by far the worst subway i’ve been to. This Subway is responsible for me never wanting to eat subway again.

Yeah , I stop going to subway because you guys kept cancelling my order without telling me. So I would show up at subway and they would look at me like i’m stupid. And when I show them the receipt they say sorry we got nothing for you. So I said this is the right location. May I please just get the food I paid for. They said no. They said this always happens with mobile orders and online orders. So I just give up. Haven’t eaten a Subway in 5 years.

Despite my warning, my neighbor decided to make an online order. And the same thing happened to him. It’s crazy to me that in 5 years. They still haven’t been able to figure out how to do mobile/ online orders. The manager said they don’t have any procedures and This happens all the time.

I called in to ask the price and number of full subs for the sandwich platter and the girl I spoke with said they “don’t really do that. They only make individual subs and bowls.” So I asked when the sandwich platters were discontinued. She then asked someone else if they knew anything about platters and I was told I would have to come in the morning if I wanted to order one. I asked again how many full subs are included on each platter and how they cut the sandwiches. Her answer was, “there’s probably 6 or 7 full subs and I’m not really sure how they cut them.”

I then asked her what time they opened in the morning and she said, “8 or 9, one or the other.” So then I told her, “you all work there and have no idea what time you open and you can’t answer any of my questions?” Her response was, “I just told you what I knew ma’am.”

I have a pretty bad customer service at 2 other Subway locations before so this was definitely another horrible customer service experience.

Everyone there has a very nonchalant attitude, like they could care less if they provide decent service.

I placed an order for 3 footlong sandwiches to be delivered and 2 of them ended up being only 6 inch. It says it right on the receipt. I have these delivered because I’m sick and can’t make the drive. This is the second time they have done this to us, and to make matters worse, when we went down there to talk to them about it the black guy that made it was rude and disrespectful. REALLY! THAT’S HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOU SCREWED UP THE ORDER! So I’m done, we won’t be ordering there anymore.
