The opening time everywhere for this location is listed as 9 pm, however most times I try to go there they’re almost always late to opening by 30 or more minutes. But my recent experience is the only reason I ended up making this review; I tried to go in at 9:50 but they somehow were still setting up inside. My issue is not with the workers, all of them are very nice and friendly. But if it’s going to take that long to set up every time, then please change the opening time to 9:30 or 10:00. There is no reason it should be shown as 9:00 if it almost never actually opens on time, it’s completely misleading. Thank you

Yeah , I stop going to subway because you guys kept cancelling my order without telling me. So I would show up at subway and they would look at me like i’m stupid. And when I show them the receipt they say sorry we got nothing for you. So I said this is the right location. May I please just get the food I paid for. They said no. They said this always happens with mobile orders and online orders. So I just give up. Haven’t eaten a Subway in 5 years.
Despite my warning, my neighbor decided to make an online order. And the same thing happened to him. It’s crazy to me that in 5 years. They still haven’t been able to figure out how to do mobile/ online orders. The manager said they don’t have any procedures and This happens all the time.
I then asked her what time they opened in the morning and she said, “8 or 9, one or the other.” So then I told her, “you all work there and have no idea what time you open and you can’t answer any of my questions?” Her response was, “I just told you what I knew ma’am.”
I have a pretty bad customer service at 2 other Subway locations before so this was definitely another horrible customer service experience.
Everyone there has a very nonchalant attitude, like they could care less if they provide decent service.
