Our large group popped in at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night and we were very well taken care of. Our waitress did a fantastic job! The food came out quickly, hot and not a single error. Our water glasses were kept full and it was the perfect late night meal.

Employee’s need to stay off phone and do there job. Making sure cups stays full and plenty of napkins needs to be on the table and make sure table and salt and pepper grinders aren’t sticky.

We were there on Feb 3, 2026 at about 10:15am. There was only one other table that was occupied. We waited for awhile and someone finally took our order. She had to come back to ask us what she had written. We waited again! Finally another, very nice and efficient waitress brought our food. Another one came by and asked if we needed anything– both very good waitresses. I could see our original waitress out by the entrance and wandering around. I might add, the smell of alcohol was heavy on her breath and her behavior was very strange! The food was delicious, the service from the original waitress was awful. I feel this resturant has gone down hill since we were there last. Thank you to the other 2 waitresses.

I went there at 2AM and they serviced very well. Got food quickly, which is very obvious. I ordered spicy poblano omelette, substituted beef with chicken and it tasted amazing. The Tres Leches Pancakes are a must try. They are not too sweet.

Sat for 30 mins no drinks, Food came out fast. They charge .50 cent for plasticware. I had to ask for my sides. Food was good but my chicken biscuit fell apart. Good atmosphere.

Came here with my family for Monday late breakfast, I was surprised the place is packed and there is waiting to be seated, after 15 minutes or so we get to settled and seat took the menu, our server Maksim is the best he is friendly and always checking on us if we needed anything, he also quick and know how to take care customers, the food is as usuals we have been to a lot of IHOP branches we are familiar on their menu items, they forgot my salsa for the beef tacos and the pancake arrived after my boys finished their breakfast sampler, the place is nicely decorated, but saw some flies flying around, it’s a little bit hot inside they can put that AC a little cooler as outside temperature is almost a 100

Unfortunately worst IHOP ever. It did not take long for us to be seated, the problem came after that, we waited more than 40 MINUTES for our food, our waitress was probably stressed out because the place was crowded and she was rude to us. I ordered a hot chocolate, we saw her writing “hot chocolate” on her notes and brought me an iced one, I understand this could happens to anyone, human mistake, but she did not even say sorry and got angry when I requested a hot chocolate, she just took the cup, gave us a dirty look and did not show up until the end. Just imagine being seated on your table for 40 minutes without somebody (waiter/waitress) checking on you or asking if you need something while waiting. I understand they were bussy but a simple “sorry for the long wait” changes everything, so disappointing because food was not bad but it did not worth the wait. I would never go back again, not at this location at least.

They take forever to give you the food, the drinks, and take your order. It’s not clean either. Lack of toiletries. Plus the food is burnt.
