The service here is always fast and efficient, and the place is extremely clean, including the restroom. There’s also decent parking, which makes it even more convenient. We come here more often than we’d like to admit because the experience is consistently great.
The staff at Culver’s are always nice, quick, and accurate. Over the years and many visits, I’ve only experienced a few minor mistakes, and each time they were polite and fixed them right away. It’s easily my favorite burger spot in Milwaukee.

Had their Walleye sandwich today. Big, good and messy. They should really cut this in half before serving. I’d recommend you at it at tge restaurant instead of on the road. Had a Devil’s CAKE custard cone too. Both really good.

The employees working on the night of March 3rd 2025 provided excellent, friendly drive thru service. We were greeted promptly by friendly staff, and our drive thru attendant provided a wonderful suggestion of upgrading my fries to onion rings, and using my mobile app to earn points. Culvers so good mmm yummy.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!
I ordered 1 scoop of the flavor of the day. She handed me a number. I waited by the counter with the 4 other people ahead of me. The were exactly 5 servers behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. Actually, 1 of them was cutting off a stream of custard as it came through the chute and plopping it into the cooler. The rest had nothing to do.
After everyone else was served, I went back to the counter and asked how much longer this would take. She said she would check. But then another customer approached and she decided to take their order first. So I approached again when she was done and she said just a minute. She then reached into the cooler behind her and grabbed an already scooped custard and handed it to me!
This is the place to go if you want to wait 20 minutes for 1 scoop of custard!!!! IT HAD BEEN WAITING THERE THE WHOLE TIME.

Ordered from table, DOES NOT WORK. 12 minutes after I ordered thy still did not have my order at the counter. Worker had to find the guy at the pick up table and he had to search an iPad for my order, then she went back to the counter and made it.
Plus they overdo the cookie dough. Picture is from 1 scoop after I already ate 10 of them.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Tried ordering from the table again and failed again.
Ordered Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch. So they delivered Butter Pecan! When I went to the counter to complain, they said, “Oh, we don’t have that one.”
Also, lots of annoying people listening to their phones.
2024:
Don’t order at the table. They brought just the drink with a cover but no straw.
He said, “Was it just the drink?”
No, I ordered a bunch.
“I just got the drink order.”
I showed him the receipt and he went back to the counter. Then came back to the table and said, “They’re making the rest.”
5 minutes later, the food came out. No napkins.
Moved tables because a guy was playing Spanish something on his phone, LOUDLY! The people next to the new table were listening to their phone; no headphones.
Men’s bathroom is clean but cold. Cold water only.

Ordered a Culver’s deluxe burger, fries, and 4pc tenders, and they forgot the burger. Called for a reimbursement and gave a nice lady my phone number, she said I would get a text with a code I could redeem at my next visit. Never got the text

I wish I had gone sooner.
We don’t have these in Northern Ireland (or even Europe) We are definitely missing out.
I had the sour dough melt with onion rings as a side. My wife went for the beef pot roast value basket with crinkle cut fries as her side. Our son had the chicken tender kids meal.
That sour dough melt was divine. My wife devoured the pulled beef bap, she couldn’t eat it quick enough. My son loved his chicken tenders.
For dessert, we all opted for the frozen custard and I have to say one thing about that….

The frozen custard was not something I thought would be nice, but I was wrong. Very, very wrong. It is a taste sensation that I cannot describe.
I will definitely be back when visiting the area again and I % recommend anyone to go here. You will not be disappointed.

I never knew ordering salads could be so complicated just to STILL get the order wrong even with the manager stepping. You see what we ordered and this is what we got. I go in to have it CORRECTED. Just for the MANAGER to hand me the salad still wrong without checking to make sure the order was made correctly this time. The most BASIC salads and they still managed to mess my order up more than one time. If I wasn’t there so long I would’ve asked for a refund, this is ridiculous. And then the woman originally taking my order was very unprofessional in taking my order. I tried to give them grace on numerous occasions but I still did not receive a correct order and did not want to wait AGAIN for my order to be remade. And the manager said it was a long night WHICH I UNDERSTAND IVE WORKED FOOD SERVICE. But I’m paying for my food a little care could be put into it. Terrible service.

Somehow, Culver’s hasn’t figured out if you leave frozen custard out for 20 minutes it turns to soup. They still can’t get a warm burger and cold custard out for a curbside order. How you hand a customer cold food and warm custard is beyond me. Management is, literally, not paying any attention to what’s going on with food quality. This is the third time IN A ROW it’s happened, management is clearly absent. I shudder at the thought of what other shortcuts and terrible things are happening at this location with nobody watching over the business. If you can’t even produce cold custard, what do their cooler temps and kitchen look like?? Lord only knows who’s supposed to be on that… hopefully not the person expediting out cold food and warm custard! Plenty of other Culver’s locations that are owned by people who care, I don’t know who owns this location but they clearly don’t care about anything but making a quick buck with low quality food.
