Placed an order for delivery a little over 35 minutes before they closed, my hotel was 10 minutes down the road. The accepted the order sent a confirmation email to my email address with an expected delivery time etc. they charged my debit card. I waited over an hour past the designated time and never got a phone call of any sort to warn they wouldn’t or couldn’t deliver. I will be contacting them when they open to rescue my $25.00 they robbed me of!

Ordered carry-out, and it was ready exactly when I had requested. This was our first time, so we didn’t know what to expect- based on some of the reviews. But, our experience was great. We got a hot-deal combo, and that large pizza with the original crust, was huge with generous toppings. The cheesy bread comes with a choice of dipping sauces.

The Indian guy who made my pizza did it perfect! Way better than Papa John’s or Pizza Hut. The Delux on regular crust was almost like old school Pizza Hut. I would recommend.

I’d hate to write bad reviews but the customer service system is nonexistent. Also, what happened tonight just isn’t acceptable and honestly I don’t think it will ever get properly handled so here we go- I just picked up my pizza today from the store and I’ve had the worst experience post the pickup. I’ve ordered a medium works and when I got home the box was completely soaked through so I couldn’t even properly carry it inside the house. When I opened the box the bottom of the pizza was completely soaked through it was wet, gross, and just not edible. I’ve called the store and told the employee what happened and he just scoffed at me and said the grease from the peperoni caused it. His tone was like “so what?” So now I’ve completely lost my appetite due to the gross pizza and the worse attitude I got over the phone. I’m going to stay away from Marco’s, and never going back, especially to this location on 4511 Chamblee Dunwoody location.

Hate to have to do this, but I can’t recommend this pizza to anyone based on how our takeout was today. We used to come here a lot, and it had been a little over a year since our last order. Today we ordered a Pepperoni Magnifico with added toppings, and were shocked by how much the quality had dropped. In fact, almost every ingredient was worse than what we remembered. The crust was doughy and cardboard-y, the pepperoni tasted cheap and super salty, the cheese tasted old, and the veggies were undercooked. On top of that, the pizza size looked like a medium even though we ordered a large. We’ve had this same order many times before and used to think it was great quality for the affordable price. I don’t know if something has changed with this specific location or the overall chain, but we don’t plan to return here again.

Super inconsistent. You can make the same order and it will look different each time as of lately. This was my fave pizza spot that never failed till the last few months. Getting very skimpy with the toppings and they are giving you whatever crust they want to no matter your request. And it’s ridiculously hot inside. Not sure how the workers are even functioning in that oppressive heat.

I used to love this place! This place has gone down. In my experience the pizza often is missing a topping or specific detail I asked for but paid for it. Its never worth being troubled to go back and address it. In my last visit I noticed a smell that reminded me of unclean kitchens. I will try another location before I go back to that one.

PLEASE NEVER order from this place. We requested the delivery in front of the door, but they put it on distant stairs, which IS NOT the doorstep. Pizza was eaten by ants by the time it was discovered. The store manager and owner REFUSED to replace the order or refund despite their misplaced delivery and nearly $100 we spent. Very UNresponsive. Perhaps, not a surprising response given the consistently poor ratings they show. If there was a choice for ZERO rating, I would have chosen it. Just NEVER ORDER from here!
