Giving 5 stars because I finally found a fast food place where I can get protein choices instead of the typical places with buns, etc. I chose the duel protein plate had had both grilled chicken breast and a beef/broccoli dish, also lots of green vegetables ( 2 different kinds). Mine was approx. 54 grams protein. They sell s larger version that is in the 70s grams area. You need to ask for sauce separately – they have different kinds of sauce so make sure to ask for it. Very good, chicken was moist and tasty. Lots of choices. Had good service.

The manager Melanie answered the phone and was so accommodating taking my last-minute catering order. She amazingly had it ready in 30 minutes. It was prepared and packaged perfectly. Phoenix in the drive-thru was cheerful and courteous.

I have been to this new location about 4 times now and each time there were service issues. One time there I received the wrong food, which was corrected by the manager Melanie (who is very nice). Why do the drive thru people wait to take payment until the food is ready. I have witnessed them just stand there on all 4 occasions waiting for my order to be done before they take my payment?! Take the payment as soon as I get to the window and then hand me my food! They are going to lose a lot of business if this continues. The service is extremely slow.

I went here with my boyfriend and had a bad experience. There were barely any drink options and no refreshers. The drive-thru worker was rude and didn’t seem friendly at all. The food tasted old, like it had been sitting out for a while. The noodles were dry and not fresh.Overall, it was disappointing and not worth the money. I wouldn’t come back AT ALL.

Food is ok but the service is pretty bad. They’ll be in the middle of taking your order and then they’ll tell you to hold on while they go take a drive through order and then they’ll also rush you when ordering.

I don’t recommend. I think this is the worst Panda Express near by. Today, I ordered orange chicken, it was burnt at all, and mu kung pao portion was only with zucchini, red paper and chickpeas. Second time happened this thing. I’ll not come back again.
