Had a HORRIBLE experience here tonight. The food was cold and gross. One of the items I ordered was the cool wrap. The lettuce had chunks of dirt in it… that’s right, actual soil and rock. DISGUSTING. RINSE YOUR LETTUCE YOU LAZY DEGENERATES! I’m attaching pictures. I’ll most likely never eat here again.

Great staff ,very friendly and efficient. When I’m not in the mood for nuggets or just a bit more hungry this is my go to order. Spicy deluxe meal no tomato/pickle, American instead of pepper jack with a sun joy. Can’t forget the poly sauce on the side to cool down the spice.

Line moved very quickly… This is a very busy location… The salad was beyond perfect… The mac and cheese was actually good… My first time trying it.. and it wasnt bad… Everything was good.. I just didnt appreciate my 8th nugget being a piece of crumb lol… Other than that no issues… I would definitely recommend this location.. excellent food… My salad came out perfectly and nice size

First time I had a problem with this chik fil a usually they are good with the sizes of chicken but today I’ve had an extremely small piece of chicken compared to the sandwich

This chik fil a is getting worse….. the picture added (the fries) is what I keep getting now, not topped off…. and multiple orders were wrong when I got them with the customer service was abysmal. Today I ordered food with some rewards and got two brownies as rewards, I had to go back into the store and ask for another one.
This chik fil a store is sometimes good and sometimes not. It is really a flip of a coin at this point

The nicest staff of any fast food restaurant, ever. Amazing first time at any Chick-fil-A. They welcomed us with a sample of sauces, let us try their signature chicken sandwich on the house and even gave us warm cookies for our trip!

This place constantly has long lines with no systems in place. New hires are not familiar with the menu, so you will need patience as they take forever to put your order through their tablet. Traffic going in and out of the drive-thru entrance is always busy and a haven for car accidents. Do yourself a big favor and go to the Chic Fil A further up on the corner of route 13 and 273 split. It has more space, better systems, experienced employees and ample parking spots. I hope this saves someone’s time!
