We had a lovely lunch experience here. For some reason it is better prices than the kiosk at the bottom!
I had an amazing tiki cocktail, and there were many pages more of lots of lovely different cocktails so I will definitely have to come back to try more.
We both had crab sandwiches which come with chips. The chips were great, the sandwich was pretty good.
The terrace is absolutely lovely – we had beautiful views out to sea.

Disappointing all round, training of staff needs to be better, had to go up to bar from table multiple times to get a drinks watch out by the glass wine cheaper than the bottle which is really sneaking and really degraded the place. Desserts said mouse with crème fraîche and raspberries, turned up with strawberries and no crème fraiche, told it was on the inside of the dessert, which it wasn’t, send back and same dessert came out with a couple of raspberries on with the spoon mark in the mouse. Food average and served with errors and with the chips coming at the end of the meal. Could be a lovely place in the sun but they aren’t getting right. Time to sort out your chefs and serving management.

The food we had was lovely and when we mentioned that my wife doesn’t like peanuts when considering the sharing platter dessert they happily changed the peanut parts of the dish out for something else. However, the service seemed to be very slow despite the restaurant not being that busy on the night and we had to flag them down several times after feeling forgotten. We could also hear several tables around us complaining to the staff that parts of the dish were missing, different than what was on the menu or they had received the wrong dish entirely

Sadly I left just disappointed.
Firstly I ordered a draught beer to be served cider, to put it into context they have a well documented drinks list and cider doesn’t even get a mention. Although I was happy to have the cider, and they were happy to change the drink I’m not sure why it’s incorrectly listed.
Secondly my main meal came with a strong honey and mustard salad dressing that’s not mentioned in the menu. Ok again they happily changed that.
I will say to be fair my wife’s drink and meal were fine.
So why only three stars, well it comes down to expectations and value for money and sadly this is where it failed for me. My portion size for a main meal I would describe as a generous starter or lunch time meal but just had no wow to it.

Booked Ocean Greek Eats which still says it’s open but this is not a Greek restaurant anymore. End up with what was basically standard pub grub, no more. Disappointing that they could not even update there website or even the notification email to say that this food has changed. On the positive side the staff were really nice, poor from a **** hotel thought.

Possibly the most disappointing meal we have ever experienced. Out of 8 people not one of us received a good meal. Sea Bass over cooked and inedible, veal like shoe leather, steak like overcooked cardboard and everything smothered in some strange honey & mustard sauce. Seated outside in the carpark, really strange. Avoid at all cost !

A disappointing meal. We specifically requested a quiet table when we booked the day before on to turn up to 20 hens who taken over the restaurant and “sorry there isn’t a quiet table” maybe tell us that beforehand?! Food was generally good apart from the utter joke that was the calamari. 3 tiny shreds of squid. Gone in one mouthful. Disgraceful. We complained but nothing happened.

Starter was confusing as it did not appear to be Gravalax other diners were disappointed with their scallop dish. The feast of the meal was nice.
