This location is the best location I’ll been to in a long time. Alot of KFC customer service is trash. At this location I waited for over 30mins but I didn’t realize it because of the customer service. They were very respectful and full of energy and created an environment that was funny so you don’t realize the wait. I recommend that you visit here.

The reason I gave this a four star for service is because it’s not necessarily the service that is the problem, it is the wait time. They were making people smaller meals before making the family buckets so we waited 25 minutes for our food before I went in and waited an additional 10 before getting our food. A gentleman was inside giving them the business while I was in the lobby… I just wanted to expedite getting my food and not waiting for them to bring it out. My household was hangry, lol. Anywho. Got home and they forgot the freaking cole slaw. What the crap? Anyway. I won’t be going back but the food was good when we got it. The people inside were busy and you could tell they were trying. But when we got there we were the ONLY car in the drive through and there were 2 cars out front. There were several cars after me which all but two were still there and one of the cars got their food before me???? After they drove off I went in because it was literally 25 minutes later. I thought if I could get it from the counter that would speed up the time I could leave. Anyway. I hope they revise their current processes because what they are doing is NOT working.

I came into the store and the place was clean. The employee who took my order was kind and recommended a meal to me. restrooms needed a code but were tidy as well, overall good location with friendly workers in the Dallas area 5 stars .

Most people leave reviews when inconvenienced and focus on the negative but Amber here was able to be great help and deserves some positive attention! My order was taken by a doordasher who had someone with a similar name. No fault of the store. Amber was able to apologize and explain the situation perfectly fine. I was able to get fresh hot food.

Yes, I had to wait but late night KFC is really the only thing open and they’re taking orders from DoorDash, uber eats, drive through, lobby, and the KFC website. Amber was apologetic and went above and beyond to help rectify the situation of wrong order + my wait time.

I used to work in fast food/restaurants and Amber is a GREAT employee. I always assumed she was the manager with how much I see her doing whenever I come here. Thank you for being a hard worker and truly caring. KFC make sure to recognize your employees like this!

I put in an order through the app at this location a few weeks back, and went inside when the app notified me my order was ready. It wasnt. I notified them I was there, they said “okay it will be out in a bit”. I waited. And waited. And waited. 15 minutes in another girl walks in and starts waiting for her pickup order. We both wait another 15 minutes. We can see them back there stocking shit and completely ignoring us. Finally the girl throws her hands up and leaves. She had made multiple comments to them about how they’re back there lolly gagging and they ignored us. I wanted to leave as well but i was out of food in the house and this was my family’s dinner. I asked someone about it for the 2nd or 3rd time and she goes “oh let me check” comes back and says its not ready. I said ma’am my order was supposed to be ready half an hour ago and i see nobody back there making it. (I am a very patient person and it takes a lot for me to finally get snappy). She gets the guy from the back and he comes to tell me that he cant make my chicken double krispy like i ordered and mumbles something about how it will take too long. Wym it’ll take too long I’ve been waiting for half an hour while you’ve been in the back “stocking”! The time before that I ordered a large family meal with 3 large sides and they didnt even give me enough food for one person in each side. I am never going back.

I purchased the $10 8 pieces bucket at the drive thru window, I had came here before and the service was slow and I had to wait. the lady taking my order was kind and had my food ready at the window by the time I arrived. Impressed by the timing and much better than last time thank you

I’m not sure who the 2 front associates names are but they need to get fired. The girl in the red shirt had me waiting did not take my order and was on her cell phone and then the young boy after me waiting gave my order away. She chased the people who go the wrong order and said she didn’t open it as if I was going to accept that order. My mashed potatoes looked like it was scooped with Mac and cheese and the attitude with that young girl horrible . She also had 2 friends show up and she took good care of them and first . Unbelievable. This was between 12:45 and 1:15 pm today please review cameras as it was a straight mess please send them to unemployment I can’t eat there again

We were hungry for some KFC. We got there about 2:00pm and it was not very crowded. Our casher Marquess was very friendly and took our order and got us taken care of. Our order came out in just a few minutes, our food was hot and good. We are in the Dining room which was very clean. We enjoyed our lunch very much.
