Free parking lot in front of business. Small dining room area with a few tables and chairs. The walls don’t have much art on them compared to older photos of the business, it’s extremely modern and boring now. Plenty of bagels and desserts in the display case, staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. I ordered one of the breakfast platters and they forgot to give me a coffee cup with it, also ordered the big Steve, it’s not worth the price compared to the breakfast platters. Also they have no prices listed in the building so you have to ask the cashiers for the prices of everything which is NOT helpful. Waited about 15 minutes for my food so not a terrible wait.

Let me start off by saying, if you were a Big Steve’s customer, these do not even come close to the quality of bagels he served. The bagels are about half the size and don’t have any flavor. Even my everything bagel was bland. Food is good, but nothing extraordinary.

My fiance ordered a ham and cheese bagel and got one thin slice of ham.

Everyone was nice and the line moved quickly. Definitely not as busy as it was previously, but now we know why.

So many options to choose from! My husband and I popped in to grab some bagels for our family. We got a dozen plain/eggs and a dozen mixed. They’re fresh and great! We also purchased a few of their plain cream cheese!

Their menu offers a ton of other meal items that we’ll have to take a look at next time.

As we were being served, several people came in an ordered food – they looked like regulars to me! Some of the staff was in the back happily singing to the radio. Honestly, I loved it. The young gentleman who packed up our food had a smile on his face the whole time.

Quick service, great food, happy atmosphere. What else could you ask for?

Food was good, tasty and for $10 it’s much better than fast food trash. Customer service is very transactional, no personality or warmth to the customer. Inside lacks any character and coffee station wasn’t very clean.

Had the most incredible garlic bagel with lox, tomato and onion this morning. The bagel was the perfect combination of chewy inside with a crisp exterior, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings – generous portions of silky lox, fresh tomato slices, and just the right amount of onion for that perfect kick.

What really elevated the experience was the staff. They were so engaging and fun to talk with while preparing my order. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and that positive energy makes the whole place feel welcoming. They took time to chat despite the morning rush, making me feel like a regular even though it was just another Tuesday.

If you’re looking for an authentic NY bagel experience with staff that makes you feel at home, this is your spot. Will definitely be back soon. Keep up the amazing work!

While the store and environment were nothing to write home about, The Ruben was the best I’ve ever had! Just the right amount of saurkraut and dressing with a very generous portion of corned beef that had a wonderful smoky flavor. Fair price for the portion. Staff was friendly if not a bit standoffish. Still great and would go back again if I get a hankering for some good corned beef.

This quaint little deli offers a wide variety of menu options from delicious bagels and cream cheese options to subs presented on a seeded or seedless Kaiser bun in traditional New Your style. The sandwiches are hand crafted with top grade deli meats generously piled on for a real New York treat. The owner and staff provide down home hospitality, the service is friendly and efficient, and the seating is ample for a quick meal. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner options you’ll be sure to enjoy. Grab some bagels to go for next day breakfast, the super cinnamon sugar bagels are a favorite of mine!

This was my first time here and I just happened to stop by during my road trip and it was such a pleasant experience! Shea was so patient with me and helped to show me everything I could choose from, was very polite and kind to every other customer I witnessed and had great eye contact which shows his interest in the customer and their positive experience. I ordered an Asiago bagel with egg, cheese and pork roll and it was delicious. Everything was so fresh and perfectly prepared by the kitchen staff and they got my order made very quickly. This place really does serve a piece of New York but with less attitude and more kindness!

Just stopped in for breakfast and lunch to go. 10 stars ✨! We ordered an egg bagel and Asiago bagel and let me just say these folks understand the art of a real smear of cream cheese. No need to ask for extra CC. So perfect . Hazelnut and regular coffee is wonderful. For our to go lunch we had a Ruben and Rachel on Rye bread. Great thick sandwiches, you may need to ask for a bit of thousand island for the side. It looks like they’ve recently got new owners, they obviously are still committed to quality. We will be back and I highly recommend taking the drive to get your bagel fix from Fayetville.

I stopped to get fuel at the gas station and wanted to grab some breakfast. I pulled up Google maps to look at where I could park in order to go get some breakfast at Wendy’s when I just happened to see the bagel shop on the maps. So glad I didn’t go to Wendy’s. I got a sausage, egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel and it was phenomenal. Also had the cream cheese danish, which was equally as impressive. Friendly staff and fantastic food! Well done, and I highly recommend.
