I was visiting family from miami and we were a party of 7 celebrating someone’s birthday.
We came Christmas eve and it was super busy. The wait was close to an hour. No call ahead reservations accepted.
The staff was friendly and fast. Our waitress suggested items on the menu and tried to up sell when possible. She also stopped by and checked on our table frequently and kept drinks refilled. Very impressive with such a busy night in all sections.
We enjoyed the visit and would highly recommend this location. We tipped her 50%.

Usually eat here once a month when traveling, have had some issues with food preparation the last couple of times “sweet potato and ribs”. The young lady who is the manager “I didn’t get her name” but she has been very accommodating to my complaints and rectified them both times without issue. Great customer service, everyone is very helpful and respectful most times the food is great.

Order to-go. Half of our order was missing. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and was given some pork. We waited outside for about 30 minutes after being told it was ready. We had to physically go inside to grab our order and it was just sitting on a counter. Highly disappointed. The mac barely had any cheese with it and the noodles were dry. Probably won’t be coming here again.

I’m here visiting in MS and a couple of colleagues have invited me on three occasions to dine with them here.
I have to admit that I’ve been pleased each time coming. First with the congeniality of the staff and this electric atmosphere. Okay some might say noisy; potato, potatoe. People are enjoying the food and drinks. So, to each its own.
Nevertheless, my first visit I had the 1/2 slab of ribs. I was only able to eat not even half because I got full off the warm bread and my two sides. DISCLAIMER: the bread they serve is deadly GOOD; watch out.
Next, visit for lunch I had the 6 oz. Hand-Cut Sirloin with a house salad and mashed potatoes (which again I had to take a bag with me). Why do I keep doing this to myself. For the sake of this review this last time for dinner I had 8 oz. Hand-Cut Sirloin with a house salad and sweet potato. You already say know what I’m going to say concerning taking food home.
Then a colleague talked me into this very tasty frozen margarita.
Okay, I’m through for a while. But, if you are in the area stop by. You will get your fill and some.
Again, watch the bread…so good.

Thank you so much to Lexi at Texas Roadhouse in Tupelo, MS for making our experience and meal so wonderful. Without being intrusive, yet never missing a refill or glitch – you mam were amazing. Our steak was prepped perfectly by the kitchen staff. Drinks were cold, refreshing, and made to order. 4 stars on food because the baked potato was cool not hot, but that bread was steamy goodness.

There was a waitbso we chose to dine at the bar. The bar was full and bartenders did take a little while to serve us. My friend enjoyed some margaritas..we split the 20 Oz bone in ribeye. It was perfectly flavored. The Mac and cheese was delicious as well. You can never go wrong with the homemade rolls. Yum yum..

Did not get to eat here. Wait was originally for 50 minutes, then after 35 minute wait, it was still for 50 minutes. Was told if we took a 4 top table, wait would be less so agreed to take 4 top and asked if they had high chairs. Was told yes they did, so when requesting one, then was told that it would actually be in the way of the server to use a high chair, so we left. No more waiting, went to O Charley’s and no wait and excellent service and food!

Hurricane Margarita was icy, pink, fruity & delicious! Our food was good, appetizers were a standout (get the rattlesnake bites & twisted mozzarella), but the service was beyond our expectations.. we couldn’t have asked for more!! Perfection.. great job TRH!!!
