Went in for the Sundae Kit and they said I couldn’t get dry toppings (2 dry toppings included on their website) didn’t have time to argue with them and they charged me $40. For 2 quartz of Ice Cream it’s $14.99. I paid $25 for whipped cream, cherries and half a cup of hot fudge. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

Horrible experience. The owner was extremely rude and didn’t even acknowledge us while we stood at the counter. There was no greeting, no conversation—just an unwelcoming and hateful attitude that made us feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. This was one of the worst Baskin-Robbins experiences I’ve had, and I will not be returning.

I have some feedback about my experience at this particular Baskin Robbins location:
* The customer service from the male owner could be improved. It seems like he is selective about which customers he greets and thanks for coming.
* The cleanliness of the store needs attention. A clean environment is important for a positive customer experience.
* The overall atmosphere of the store could be more welcoming and conducive to customers.
* The restroom was not as clean as I would have liked. I recommend having hand sanitizer available as a precaution.
While this location is convenient for visiting my grandkids, I may consider exploring other ice cream shops like Andy’s in the future.

This place has been cheating customers for years. They keep making the portions smaller and smaller. This is supposed to be a 2 scoop sundae. It’s about 1/4 the size as they were just a few years ago. This is ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves. We have spent hundreds maybe thousands of dollars here.

This guy pulls up in his Mercedes 20 minutes late after posted opening time… I wanted to order an ice cream cake. The place smelled awful like Pine Sol inside and something wet had leaked all over the floor from under the ice cream case. All the chairs were still on top of all the tables and the outside signage Looks like it’s been hit with a tornado or a sledgehammer. The owner needs to care just a bit more about his business, I will never visit here again.

I was very disappointed with the manner in which the manager addressed their mistake with an online ice cream cake order. He began by insisting I was mistaken and that the order had been filled correctly. I was interrupted multiple times as I was trying to explain the mistake and point out the very legitimate evidence that the cake I had ordered was listed online to measure 4″x6″ (rectangular) and the cake I received was in fact 4″x4″ (square). After reading the online description and order confirmation word-for-word, I was finally able to convince the individual with whom I spoke that the store had made a mistake. At that point, an offer of refund for the difference in the 2 cake sizes was made which I declined as I had no desire to return to the store and again interact with this very rude individual. No apology or acknowledgement of the incredibly rude manner of the manager was made.
I cannot comment on the quality/taste of the ice cream cake as it had been purchased as a gift.

Orange Peel
This is a very nice store. The owners and staff are pleasant and friendly. They ALWAYS have full stock and flavors that are very good. They also have special flavors during the different times of the year. For example, since we are in February and Valentines Day is close, they stocked the “Love Potion” flavor starting yesterday, Monday. The service is fast and efficient and the store is well kept and clean. If you like ice cream products, this is the place to go in Liberty.
