Wagyu beef tallow $12 a jar! The best burgers by far. Bitcoin burger was delicious. Shakes thick and sweet. Fries with seasoning and sauce were so good. Great prices and wonderful dining experience. Amber was outstanding with greeting and customer service with gratuity. She went above and beyond for all customers. 20 out of 5 stars.

At the drive-thru just before 1 p.m. today, the wind blew my debit card out of my hand before I could hand it to the employee at the window. They very graciously braved the snow & wind to come out to get my card for me. I appreciate that level of customer service. The employee was wearing a name tag, but I didn’t catch their name before I drove off after thanking them. I hope they or the local management see this & can identify & recognize this person!

Bathroom and floors throughout restaurant were disgusting. There were wet towels just sitting on floor in bathroom and floors were so sticky I almost threw my shoes out because I didn’t want them in my car. Tables were dirty. Soda machines were dirty. Just a shockingly obvious lack of concern for cleanliness throughout the place.
Burger was fine aside from the top half of the bun being cold. And the buns they use being really poor quality. Fries were the only thing that I was happy with. This location has really gone down hill. Once a staple of our family road trip to visit family, I doubt we’ll be returning. There are better options nearby and other Steak ‘n Shake locations to choose on our trip.

You order from the Kiosk; so “Service” shouldn’t be apart of the “star” rating. This was the first time I had the Steak burger Garlic bun, I didn’t want the garlic sauce on it. It was good (I would order it again). My Husband got the Dbl Cheeseburger with fries, my son got the Dbl burger with fries. Also, I must say, that the lobby was clean.

Everyone was very nice. Check your order before you leave the store if you happen to go order to make sure they put everything in the bag. I had to wait a while extra for my shake. I was waiting with another guy that told me him and his family were completely done with their meal and they still hadn’t gotten their shakes.

My food was wonderful and the restaurant is very clean. But the use of kiosks and the drink machine scanner is not appealing. I can honestly say these make me not want to return. The lady walking around and was amazing. She makes the experience better.

STEAK AND SHAKE!!! Does not disappoint the name! Got the double cheeseburger combo with a Reese’s PB shake and it was very very good! A little more on the greasy side and the fries had lots of salt but it was still great! Quick easy stop here for lunch!
