This is by far the WORST Dairy Queen I’ve ever visited. This location does Dairy Queen, as a company, a disservice. Two of the employees, the front counter & drive through employees were NOT in uniform. In fact, the front counter female worker was wearing a white beater shirt with grease stains on it along with a black bra showing. She was also in extremely short shorts. Her hair was completely a mess, like she just rolled out of bed. One of the male employees who was fixing the ice cream was not wearing gloves. The overwhelming smell of old grease smelled terrible and the location as a whole looked dirty. This was the most disturbing fast food experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely never returning and 10/10 DON’T recommend to others traveling through.

I don’t normally eat at Dairy Queen in Eunice because it needs to be upgraded badly,but I wanted a cotton candy blizzard. I had never actually eaten food from Dairy Queen but The food was on point! It was pretty good,good portion size and the Blizzard was delicious

I was so excited to get finally get a blizzard because we don’t have a Dairy Queen in Jennings orgial Evangeline so I was all excited to get a chocolate chip blizzard and it was disgusting and my food was $30 for three meals that I didn’t even get to eat because it was nasty on my burger was good but everything else was gross. Highly disappointing because I love Dairy Queen and I love my chocolate chip blizzard the only ones I ever get I was very let down and devastated.

If 0 stars were an option I would choose that. The employees were behaving very unprofessional and immature, running around inside and outside the building pouring ice water on other employees. My ice cream was served half melted and unfinished. It was not fully blended, it was mostly just vanilla ice cream. We sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes. All in all extremely disappointed in all of our orders.

My first time going to any DQ I would rate it a 0 star my burger had a very weird smell an the taste made me sick I could not eat it I don’t know if it was old or what. If I knew what human meat tasted like I would say that is what it smelled and tasted like also the employees were rude, cussing and talking about other customers loud the experience was terrible would not recommend an will never return.!

Sorry to say that I did not get her name but please this should be fixed. No one should deal with an attitude employee. Although their products are really good. I needed a quick meal to pick up in drive through, I got burger, French fries and small
toasted Pecan blizzard. I am unable to go to Dairy Queen because there is none in Carencro.

The blizzards were good but melting before we could consume them. The chicken strip meal was good but cold before we could consume it. The new Rotisserie style chicken bites aren’t that great and are certainly not worth the price. The bites were a very small portion. It looked like they took one chicken tender cut it up into small bites and called it a meal. Since they are currently in take out or drive through mode only with no Dine in our food was cold by the time we got home to eat it and our blizzards had started melting into mostly liquid. So until they open for Dine in we likely won’t be going back.
