Went through the drive through today. Kept getting cut off when trying to talk. Ordered mini bagels stuffed with cream cheese, was told they didn’t have them. Then heard some one correct that person and ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich, and a coffee. The bagels were barely thawed in the middle. The sandwich was not toasted and when I finally got home and took a drink of my coffee, nothing but coffee grounds. Horrible service and a waste of money

Honestly this dunkin sucks, but it’s so close to my work, DoorDash only uses their location. they ALWAYS forget the bacon on the avocado toast which isn’t a big deal but it’s def more costly and why would I spend $2 more each time just to not get it like atp let me just get the regular. Especially after being CHARGED for a bacon topped each time. God forbid a girl wants bacon topped avocado toast also my coffee is continuously wrong or mixed up with other orders

Coffee is fine, food was mush. Hashbrowns were so hot they were burning me through the bag and were just mush inside. Food is only that hot and mushy when it’s straight out of the microwave. Rise your standards

We (family of 4) stopped by the Waunakee Dunkin’ drive-thru today and ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk (just for my wife). It was ready in what felt like five seconds — seriously impressive!
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredibly kind barista who told me the drink was on her and wished us a Happy Valentine’s Day. That small gesture completely made our day. We even offered to tip her, but she kindly declined.
Moments like this are rare, and it meant a lot. Safe to say — we’ll definitely be a regular from now on.

I had my daughter stop at this location and get me a gift card for a gift and 2 refreshers. She told the guy no ice because I can’t have ice after my surgery. He refused and told her they have to put ice in it. He is wrong because I have been to plenty of other locations and they always gave me my drinks with no ice. She also asked for a receipt multiple times and he refused. I will never go back to this location and would never recommend it to anyone.

This location before wasn’t very good, recently though something has changed because staff is now, always happy, always smiling, quick with service, great manners, great order accuracy, and if they do make a mistake they always fix it with a smile. Never complaining that they have to fix it. There are down days where they are slower but the smile always makes the wait worth it.

I went to this dunkin and the experience was really lacking. Rude employees, bad food, bad vibes and overall a bad time. The worker was clueless and seemed like he had no idea what I was asking for. How difficult is a matcha with cold foam???Maybe management needs to do more training???

Just stopped in to get coffee to go. I had a mocha latte and it was ok. Maybe a little too sweet for my taste. More coffee and less chocolate sweetener next time. My husband had a regular latte and liked it. They were short staffed, so it took longer than expected. That happens. But I’d return to try it again.

The female workers at this location always have a terrible attitude like you are inconveniencing them with your business. Never say thank you, or welcome back, have a nice day, anything. The coffee they make is always trash and the food cold. The new men I have recently seen working here are polite and make good coffee and hot food. Let’s get it together ladies!

The girl with the terribly bleached hair working Dt cash on 12-12-2025 at 11 had the worst attitude and was so rude i almost asked who she thought she was talking to and left. All this attitude to take a coupon for donut she yelled at me they didn’t have even though the guy taking my order said they would make me one, didn’t give my coupon back, and my coffee wasn’t even right. Genuinely don’t understand, this place had it together a few months ago and clearly that does not last long here. If you’re going to actually yell at me and catch an attitude, you better be competent at your job.
