Clean place and good food. People were very nice, had to bake fresh biscuits for us as we were getting there late for breakfast. As husband has said, this place is worthy of ‘5 red roosters’, lol. Definitely will be back!

I visited Chick-fil-A in Henderson, Texas, and while the service was great as always, David stood out above everyone. His professionalism, respect, and genuine care went far beyond what I usually experience, even compared to other locations across Texas and out of state. I placed a pickup order on the app then left to go pick it up and quickly realized I had a flat tire. Called the store & told them what happened asked if they could deliver it instead but she informed me they don’t have drivers after 7, along with that she profusely apologized. I then asked them to cancel it and that I’d just door dash it.
The lady I talked to left a note and gave me a free cookie and I just can’t get over the fact that she went out of her way to do that!! Shoutout to HER! She deserves both sides of her pillow to be cold at night, everytime she curls her hair I hope it works out perfectly, I hope she never stubs her toe I don’t know your name but THANK YOU! Your kindness made my night

Knox was the young man who took our order; he was polite, helpful, courteous and friendly. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathroom. Our food was delicious and delivered to our table hot. Very pleasant late lunch after a medical appointment.

We brought a big crew at 8:30p after a playoff game, and the employees worked so hard to take care of us even though it was so close to closing time. I was especially impressed with Tracy S. She stopped and talked to us and made us feel so welcome and taken care of!

We went through the drive-thru on 10/10 and ordered one regular, one grilled, and one club. The first two were correct, but the club was missing a pretty important part — the chicken. We’re not driving 20 minutes back, so I guess they got us that time. From now on, my daughter will be double-checking the order before we pull away.

I absolutely love the grilled chicken sandwich, that’s why I hate to write this review, but it’s happened too many times at this particular Chick-fil-A. The service was good, but this past Saturday the lettuce from my sandwich looked like it had dirt on it and it was turning brown. My waffle fries tasted like they had been sitting under the light… definitely not fresh!

Everyone hurry, quick, get down to the new Chick-fil-A so we can wait & wait & wait … not at this new Chick-fil-A! Yes, the line was lo g but we ordered through the app and the line was moving quickly! Way to go new employees and all the employees that came down to train. Our order was fresh and accurate which we don’t expect at a restaurant that’s only been open a few days. We had our order repeated to us 4 times before it was given to us and we didn’t mind a bit. The restaurant was busy inside as well but it was clean and wheelchair friendly. Way to go Mr. S. Truett Catthy your family-owned business is doing a great job.
