I was very impressed by my visit to Empire Steakhouse. My daughter took me there for dinner and to celebrate my birthday last Saturday. We had reservations and were greeted with warmth at the door. The service was great. Our meals were delicious. I would go back again. A fine dining experience.

Been to this wonderful restaurant a few times already. Shocked I never did a review yet for them. Went to celebrate my wife’s birthday with some friends. Made reservations in advance but we’re running late. The staff were super patient and helpful; pushing back time till we arrived (Manhattan traffic is a pain). From start to finish, the managers and wait staff were attentive, informative, patient and ensured that we all had a great time. Definitely recommend the buratta salad, thick cut bacon, Mac & Cheese and their various sized porterhouses (we did the porterhouse for 4 and took home one for 2). They even comped the dessert platter for my wife’s birthday. This place also remembers it’s regulars and those that were nice to them. Give them a try!

Hassan our server told my bf that I was texting someone the moment my bf left for the bathroom. Well, you’re so wrong. Please mind your own business.
Additionally, since our server was busy paying attention so much on other things, he missed to serve our table to put more food on our plates, my bf stood up and served me instead. Hassan noticed after a couple of minute.
Aside from that, steak and salad was good. Seafood not so much. Disappointed that not everything on the menu was good.
Friendly staff aside from Hassan being nosy and missing to serve.

My suggestion is not to visit since their management doesn’t take accountably of what really happened in the footage.

If you’re in the city and want a great steakhouse, then Empire West is a MUST!!!. I have been to many steakhouses all over the city and I can honestly say that Empire West will be my go to from now on. The food was absolutely amazing from our appetizers to our main course. But what really makes this restaurant unforgettable is the amazing staff. There are no words I can express to truly explain how inviting and attentive the staff is. From management Besmir to our waiters Ben, Alban, and Q amongst the others that I unfortunately did not get an opportunity to get there names (it would have been the whole staff I would have mentioned in my review. Lol). This is a Must when you’re in the city. It will not disappoint.

Emir served our table and made the whole dining experience excellent. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, polite, and professional. He explained the menu clearly, gave good recommendations, and always checked on us at the right time without being intrusive. Our food arrived perfectly and any small requests were handled quickly and with a smile. Emir’s calm and attentive attitude really added to the atmosphere of the restaurant and made us feel welcome throughout the evening. Great service like this makes a big difference, and we truly appreciated his care and professionalism.

We went during Restaurant Week expecting the lobster ravioli, but were served a mushroom and truffle ravioli that was not very good. When we asked the waiter about it, he assured us it was the lobster ravioli. After checking the restaurant’s website and photos later, it was clear we did not receive the dish we paid for.
It was especially disappointing since we were the only guests dining at lunch, so we expected a bit more attention to accuracy and service. The calamari was great, though.

We had two birthday to celebrate. When I walked in Hassan greeted me and sat me by the bar as I waited for the rest of my party. He treated me to a birthday beer and made my wait more relaxing. We got seated and had great service from our server and the entire staff. Albert the manager was such a sweetheart with us and we look forward to going back. The food was amazing
