Service was 50/50, was good initially but as soon as I said the Dr Pepper was low in syrup they said it was not…then 15 mini later changed it when someone else complained. The fries were well done, burger was as well, buns were good. Bathroom was nice.

Stopped by this ‘wonderful’ location for the 9th time in two weeks to get my very sick grandmother a fish sandwich. Nine times in a row when she opened the box this is that the fish sandwich looked like. Nobody there cares. Nobody there cares if we care. Nobody thinks about what the customer sees when they spend $5.29 per sandwich. Nobody at the North Bend McDonalds cares. Nobody at McDonalds corporate cares. This is what we deal with at these fast food places. The fact that nobody cares.

BS no one to take my order. Kiosk only. Walked out. If it goes like that in all Mc d’s I’ll boycott them all.
EDIT
No thank you McDonald’s, should I take my time to fill out your form? I don’t think I want to do your job for you. Just like I resented your kiosk doing the job of a person. I frequent McDonald’s but if I have to use an app or a kiosk to order my food, forget it. I will go somewhere else. And if everyone takes that line, then I’ll quit fast food all together.

This location is by far consistently the worst that we have been to in the greater Seattle area. This morning we ordered breakfast to go for the family and ordered 3 big breakfasts with hotcakes as part of the order. It was clear that the hotcakes and biscuits on 2 of the orders had been sitting around for hours, if not from the day prior. They were so hard and tough that we couldn’t cut through them with a regular metal butter knife at home. The biscuits were also completely stale. The third order had obviously been freshly made, as it was fine. We live about 15 minutes away from this location and it’s super inconvenient to have to drive back to switch food (or to pick up food when they have left it out of the bag on previous occasions). We typically don’t eat in because the dining area is always super dirty. From now on we will just drive a few minutes further to one of the different locations in Issaquah if we want to order from McDonalds.

Do not order curbside pickup at this location. I have waited 20 minutes for cold food to come out.
The drive thru has served countless customers while I have been waiting. The drive thru line might be long but it’s faster than going inside or ordering for pickup.

We did drive thru with mobile app on our way home from SeaTac (after 19 hours of delays and flights). Both window people were very friendly and efficient. Food really hit the spot and was good value! Good job!

Tried to order at the drive thru, they said they had to switch to breakfast and to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot. i waited ten minutes. then twenty. then thirty. they still hadn’t switched to breakfast before I gave up and left hungry. complete waste of my time by the staff here. Terrible service, slow staff.

It wasn’t busy. I want to be clear it was NOT busy. We placed our order at the kiosk and through some system glitch it didn’t get sent to the kitchen. That’s fine. It had been about 20 minutes when it was caught, no big deal as we weren’t in any hurry. I understand that tech issues happen. What isn’t okay is there was an order for someone else that had been sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes that they tried to give us the fries from. No one likes cold fries. I asked for fresh fries and got warmer than the counter fries at least, although they did put the old ones under the heat lamp instead of throwing them away. Then after we got our food and had been eating for a bit, we heard the manager say about the order for someone else that had been sitting out on the counter for over 30 minutes now, “We have extra! The Latino guy picked up the wrong order and so we have extra now.” Not throwing away food that has been left out. I get it’s McDonald’s. I don’t expect fine dining from here. But I also hope to not get cold food, food poisoning, or make excuses like, “The Latino guy grabbed their order.” The computer glitched and no one got it. Maybe he did grab the wrong order, but it wasn’t our order because it was never made.
Oh, and when she re-entered our order she didn’t pay attention and didn’t put “no cheese” on it. I’m not super lactose intolerant so it’s fine, but you have to pay attention.

We stopped by last night on our way back from kenwick.
The fries were cold, a man. Or manager that ran the place
I didn’t care that there was a guy in there with a motor rice scooter plus his friends, having a good old time in there, he even went over there and participated and then caught in attitude because we asked For fresh fries, because the ones we got were cold. I’m too tired to deal with this kind of stuff. I didn’t eat my food. I just got back in the car and drove the rest of the way home.
Very nice. Place nice location. We won’t be stopping there anymore.
