Since when is it acceptable to send out burnt food? I didn’t even to eat what I paid for thanks to you, & you could try cutting the food so it’s actually serve able & doesn’t rip into a sloppy mess…. Do better

Where do I start? I stopped there last night at 8pm to order pizza for the next day. As you can see by the promise time and date it should have been ready at 1:30 on March 23. When I ordered it I had my credit card in my hand. I offered a couple times to pay for it but was ignored. Hmmmm okay, ya don’t want my money? Sent my son there to pick up the order at 1:30, it wasn’t ready and even worse they hadn’t started it. I have 20 out of town family members at my house and they are hungry and my pizzas have not been started yet. The girl behind the counter down played it by stating it was only 15 minutes. By the time he came back to the rest of the family it was 45 minutes. My order wasn’t all there. Missing the 3 extra crazy sauces that I paid for.
I called to speak to the manager at 6:00. Gave myself time to cool off. I think he said his name was Jody. He asked me if I wanted to come get the 3 sauce containers. Ummm no I don’t want to leave my house again to pick up sauce after everyone has eaten. I would like my money back or some compensation for such terrible service and missing items.
Yeah, that didn’t happen. I’m done with Little Caesar’s of Wayland. Apparently they don’t need my service.

Usually friendly staff, but the food can be hit or miss sometimes. I prefer Caesar’s pizza at other locations, but it’s a convenient location sometimes.

I just ordered a pizza in my lunch 30 before my break and my breaks an hour they took the 30 and the whole hour break I couldn’t even get my food cause I’m in class and I couldn’t get a refund I have never seen a pizza take a hour and 30 min and I get that’s your busy but and hour and 30 min

This doesn’t look like a extra bestes sausage to me spent 25 dollars and got regular pizza very sad we will be going elsewhere and spend a little more for better service as I walked in the employees were yelling while customers were trying to order and will be spreading the word not to us this location it’s only getting a one star because I can’t post a no star or I would give them negative 5 stars I will start to support Salvinos and papa minios in Wayland

I love this LC. Ordered online when I got there I was promptly and politely greeted as always and told they got busy so I still had a few I sat inside to wait. They had good music lightly playing to which I could here some of the crew signing along. I got my food and left a tip which they thanked me for. We order from here often and always have the best service and great pizza. I really appreciate the staff here and their good vibes. Keep it up crew! Thank you

I love this place, but the cheese & pepperoni pizza was kinda cheesy & squishy, but at all times, it’s still good, even though it can take long sometimes, but this is my favorite pizza place out of all in Wayland.

So I’m going to complain because I’m a very honest reviewer. And I’ve gotten pizza from this place that is not cooked very well. I have noticed that like it’s getting better the quality of the food but can you please make sure your food is cooked all the way.
