My husband and I went to Red Lobster for his birthday, he really wanted to try Lobster and real Crab for the first time. It was such a fun experience! He got the full platter and I got crab pasta. It was so so so good! They also gave us a little treat to celebrate his birthday. Our server was incredible, he was so funny and super kind. He was so incredibly helpful as well! Loved the service and the enviornment!

Celebrated our anniversary here and ordered the Mariners seafood boil. It was SO good! In my opinion, it was better than Joe’s Crab Shack. For the price we paid, we had more than enough food. We honestly could have shared, we had so much leftovers to take home. Our server was amazing. She was super kind and attentive. She made sure we were well taken care of. The manager also checked in on us which was nice. We received a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was super delicious and made our night!

Service is great and that was the highlight for the night. Ambient lighting doesn’t need to be so dark. In relation to food, they do have a better menu and price was decent. The problem is that food is extremely salty. Every single plate was coming as salty as the previous one. The cook needs to get trained ASAP. For the money, it needs a lot of improvement.

We had an exceptional evening at red lobster! Our cute server Diane checked in frequently and that always with a smile. My kids had seen the seafood boil on YouTube and loved every second. Being able to hold and kiss a lobster was their next favorite just kidding. They didn’t kiss it. Jesus popped by to personalize our experience. Then to top it off, they gave me a sweet birthday card with everybody’s signature.

I was excited to try the new menu after seeing so many good things online, but unfortunately this was probably the lowest quality food I’ve had in a long time. Our waiter was very nice and clearly doing the best he could. Everything we ordered, including the appetizers, was pretty awful. We also ordered crab, but they were out of clean crab crackers, so we spent about 25 minutes trying to get the meat out by hand. By the time we finally got crackers, the food was cold.

We had a boil and a salman topped with crab. The food was delicious! Cooked perfectly and very fresh/well made. Topped it off with the chocolate wave. Yummy! Save room for dessert. The waiter was attentive even the bussers were. The manager stopped by to see how things were. Overall 10/10 experience!
