True old school tavern charm with the best Buffalo wing sauce created. The wings are always cooked perfectly and the sauce is the best by far, giving both heat and flavor. It’s easy to see why after almost 50 years, they are truly a Buffalo landmark. The sauce is even excellent on tenders. Don’t wait though, the place fills fast and after one meal, you will understand why. When I tell people where to get the best wings, it’s Bar-Bill for sure, and all 3 of there locations are great, having finally made it to the original. And the Bleu Cheese is good too!

So lucky to get a seat at the bar on a busy Saturday lunch hour. Ordered the 7oz Beef on Weck and a plate of wings. Incredible with the Au Jus and Horseradish. Wings were spot on. I am coming back 100% from Canada to eat this entire meal again if only to take a better picture of the Beef.

I had heard that these were the best wings in Buffalo, and although they were good, I have a preference for Adolph’s and Gabriel’Gate. The highlight for me was the Honey Butter BBQ wings. They were really tasty. We also got the medium Buffalo wings and I found them to have a bit too much sweetness. The servers were nice. The space was tight but we ended up with a nice table in the corner. and I would definitely go back.

When Josh Allen says it’s one of his favorite spots, you listen! Bar Bill delivers with a phenomenal Beef on Weck—tender beef, soft salty-caraway roll, au jus, and a horseradish kick that puts it over the top. The wings? Crispy, flavorful, and a Buffalo must. Medium was great, but I’ll go Medium Hot next time for extra punch. Cozy atmosphere, cold Labatt’s, and worth the wait.

Our meals were worth the wait (always expect a wait!). Beef on Weck: tender and flavorful. Tenders with wings sauce: plentiful, moist, and delicious. Beer-battered fries: a healthy portion to share, and again, delicious. Our server was patient, friendly, and helpful (we had not been here before). I highly recommend you dine at Bar-Bill Tavern!

Best wings I’ve ever had. Perfectly sauced and seasoned. We were lucky that it wasn’t that busy when we got there which is unusual for this place especially on game day. Our waiter was amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

There was already a line out front when we got there 5 minutes before open. Once the door opened we got right in, but the place was already almost full. They really knew what they’re doing because everything went smoothly. We had drinks within 5 minutes of sitting down and our waitress was very nice.
On to the reason we went here in the first place. Cajun Honey-Butter BBQ wings. 10 out of 10, and the homemade blue cheese was a 20 out of 10! It was some of the best wings I’ve ever had, and definitely the best blue cheese I’ve ever had. The Cheesy Breadsticks we also amazing. We will get the Beef in Weck next time. It looks amazing, but wings were the initial conquest.

Found out this was Josh Allen’s favorite wing spot and just had to give it a try. The Cajun Honey Butter BBQ wings were so delicious, sneak spicy but worth every bite. Yes, it was very busy today and we had to wait quite some time but the staff did everything they could to be attentive, checked on us right when our beers were low and even contributed to the fun atmosphere. Wait times are not their fault, we just flew in from Brooklyn NY. Happily waited and had a great time. Highly recommend this place.
