Made a drive through order (DP77) and was given the food fairly quick,
When finally had time to eat the food i relized they gave me the wrong order, i ordered 4 spicy mcchickens but they gave two cheeseburgers and one regukar chicken with no mayo.
I did not have time to go back to get my ordered corrected so i decided to deal with it later, was not able to eat the chicken as it had mold.
Please make sure to check your food before driving this store will poison you without caring!

When did McDonald’s cost the same amount as a regular restaurant?! The whole appeal of McDonald’s is the value of meals on a budget….I went to buy my kids lunch and even used my rewards and spent $20 on 3 stinking happy meals?!!! Not even adult meals…..just simple hamburger and nugget happy meals??!….gone are the days where families can eat on a budget…if I’m going to spend $7 to almost 10 dollars per kid….might as well go to a sit down restaurant where they have healthier food choices!!! Im just saying

The staff does their best. They provide excellent service, clean the tables, and greet customers when they can. Sometimes just being able to sit down while eating my fries and seeing them work makes me appreciate all the hard work they do at this store. Love coming here during lunch since everything is fresh at that time.

Me and my dad ordered at the kiosk and got our food, return to the car just to realize we had missing 6pcs nuggets. We left our food to get cold in the car because they took a long time to tend to us. Cashier was not having it and looked ticked off. Wet spot on the floor with no sign. Bad service.

The manager was very rude to me and 7 years old child , all we asked for was for a cup for water and the female manager said in Spanish that we are drug addicts that we had to leave she was telling that to her cashier, what she didn’t know is that we already purchased our food while waiting at the counter . EVEN though we were paying customers she told security to throw us out our food was left behind and I demanded a receipt but the cashier told us that she would get fired if she gave us our food or receipt so this place is evil and racist, I happen to be black and so is my child. Not a good place to eat if you want respect

wish nothing but the worst on these managers, Was in desperate need of an emergency service or phone ,knocked on front door while people were still esting inside ,door was locked manager looked right at me wave and said no. We bought food ten mins prior that even being customers . Truly hope the night shift of January 4th Gets a talk or written bevause it’s crazy how an employee couldn’t help or give a chance of aid for bar minimum of 5 seconds while they weren’t busy.

This restaurant is full of unreliable workers that all they is play around and make you wait for more than half and hr. Even the manager plays around when you ask to speak to them. The grand opening was a grand opening to disaster and workers all they do is play around and ignore.

First I had a non polite employee attend us. He “repeated” our order and we’re like no it’s “dun dun dun” and he’s like “yeah that’s what I said”. Anyways he saw the sauces we ordered and was like “damnnn” and in the end he just have us the bags and that’s all. Not a have a nice day not enjoy your food. We ordered 40 NUGGETS. We didn’t get a single sauce we asked for. We assumed they were in there because they were rushing everybody out.

The operator did not provide PPE to the staff! 15 staff got COVID! They were fined by the Labor Commission! They fired staff that spoke up about health and safety concerns!
Don’t eat here if they do this during COVID what else are they not caring about for health and safety!

Went August 8th @3pm Got my order that I placed on the app wrong. Had to fix it 3 times. The girl in the drive thru was not kind about their mistake. I go home and my daughter tells me several of her fries were frozen and not good at all. Usually have good customer service here but not today. Bad bad bad. Don’t recommend
