I first tried Waffle Champion at an OKC Dining Club event and had to bring my husband back with me a week later to get it again. We both had the chicken and waffles and I can’t get over how good it is. The waffle is on the thinner/lighter side and wraps so well around the chicken, with a wonderful light sweetness to it. And THE CHICKEN. Dawg. The chicken is so good. It is so well-cooked, NOT DRY, and somehow also not greasy? It’s succulent and seasoned BEAUTIFULLY. And let me tell you, the portions are STACKED with chicken. Plus the fried leeks on top for that extra crunch is an absolutely unreal touch. Drizzle it with the hot honey or syrup and it’s just an unbelievable meal that also somehow doesn’t leave you wanting to die afterward from sheer overload like most chicken and waffle meals do. This is hands-down one of my favorite things I’ve tried in OKC. Run, don’t walk, etc.

Chicken and Waffle was great – flavors, crispy yet not dry. Can’t go wrong with it. Seems to be the staple menu choice. It’s in a waffle that is folded, making it easy to eat. Other great choices too! Drink and coffee menu is very good. And prices are very affordable! This place rocks.

Just passing through from Texas and decided to stop here for breakfast. The staff were super friendly, and the food was delicious. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese waffle sandwich, and it was huge! I couldn’t even finish it! My little one loved her plain waffle too; it was perfectly sweet without being over the top. The caramel coffee was great as well, the perfect finishing touch to a tasty breakfast. I would love to have one of these back home in SA, TX.

Waffle Champion has a nice ambiance, feels clean, and the colors and design give it a welcoming vibe. When we walked in, the cashier greeted us and explained the menu since it was our first time, but he spoke so quickly that it was hard to catch everything.

It wasn’t busy—just a couple of tables and no line—so service was fast. The waffles were good. The chicken was juicy, and the sweet-and-salty combo worked really well. Another waffle sandwich with eggs and bacon had solid flavor, and the syrup tied everything together.

Where it falls short is value. For the price, the waffle sandwiches weren’t very filling, and we left still wanting more. If you want to feel satisfied, expect to spend closer to $25 per person for lunch or breakfast. Worth it? That’s debatable.

If you’re in Oklahoma City and craving a unique dining experience, look no further than Waffle Champions. This delightful eatery specializes in waffles, offering a tantalizing blend of sweet and savory options that cater to diverse dietary needs, including fantastic gluten-free selections!

One of the highlights of our visit was the presentation; our waffles arrived elegantly on a silver tray, adding a touch of class to our meal. While things may get a bit messy (but isn’t that part of the fun?), rest assured that every bite is worth it.

We indulged in a variety of dishes, including the standout Waffle Sandwiches. I opted for the Chicken and Waffles, which paired perfectly with a drizzle of hot honey—truly an incredible combination that balances savory and sweet beautifully. My wife tried the Migas Waffle Sandwich, and she couldn’t stop raving about it! She was able to get it with the gluten free waffle.

To complement our meal, we also ordered Waffle Fries, which turned out to be an excellent bang for our buck! They were crispy and flavorful, ranking among the best waffle fries we’ve had.

While the parking situation can be a bit tricky, especially with the limited spaces and nearby apartment restrictions, it’s a small inconvenience compared to the delightful experience that awaits inside.

Overall, I highly recommend Waffle Champions. Whether you’re a fan of savory dishes, seeking gluten-free options, or simply looking for a fun dining experience, this spot should definitely be on your list. We can’t wait to go back and try more delicious bites!

Waffle champion is in all of my experience. A unique and wondrous place from having a turkey BLT sandwiched between two amazing pieces of waffle to their mimosas and all of their other fares. They’re amazing. They’re friendly. They’re healthy, natural food, not overly. Processed junk + even their soft drinks and things are all natural.. It’s a little on the expensive side and quite honestly review that menu online before you ever get down there. Don’t worry, you’ll forget most of it and then have to look at it on the wall and go. Oh yeah, that + if there’s a line down the down and around the block to get in, it’s worth the wait every time…

Delicious! We were blown away by the friendly, incredible service and the fabulous food.
Our meals were visually pleasing and the levels of flavor were out of this world. 🙂 We are looking forward to returning to try more menu items. We want to try the craft soda flavors too.
I will definitely be recommending Waffle Champion to friends and family.

We love Waffle Champion! They are great at customizing your order. We ordered chicken and waffles (deconstructed), and it was no hasssle. We ordered a plain and simple with a liege waffle instead, no hassle. Ordered waffle fries with three different dipping sauces with no extra charge for the dipping sauce. And we always order a seasonal. The blueberry compote was delicious, and the strawberry matcha smoothie was so good. There was not much matcha flavor, tho. The. ustomer service is amazing, and everyone always treats us well. 10/10
