Broccoli was still cold. Garlic sauce on the steak wasn’t good. Steak was suppose to be cooked medium well and it was very red. Mash potatoes was good though. Service was good. She was kind and very attentive. There was no one in the restaurant. Just us lol I wouldn’t go to this location again. However I love the other location on Peoria and 75th & northern and 91st ave lol

The experience with this location was great. Service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent. The waiter Chris Sweeny from Boston was attentive, knowledgeable, and very charismatic. It’s people like him that make wanting to go back just for that same experience all worth it. After 9pm. 10/10 would go again.

The shrimp and chicken were engulfed in flavor, I added a loaded garlic mashed potatoes and it was soft with crunch from bacon it was fresh with sour cream.My mother enjoyed chicken and tortilla soup which had a hint of spice. Margarita divine and second round had bonus cherry I ordered a lemonade passion fruit and was dazzled matched perfectly with my meal and refreshing. Staff saw me drinking my last sip and proceeded to bring refill. Appreciate care and comfort. My mom enjoyed her chicken Alfredo steak, just found steak chewy and tough otherwise well balanced flavors. Dessert brownies drenched in syrup and the vanilla ice cream scoop paired nicely in unison. Loved all want to go back.

My husband and I went to dinner and the bar atendender christopher helped us in our table really attentive and great customer service. Definitely will come back. Food was hot and super good too. No complaints I really recommend you coming here just have in mind they might be short in staff but still take care of you with a great attitude ❤️

Terrible terrible staff and management. The manager on shift was very rude and some of the staff were unfriendly. The host kept staring at us and the food we were given were dry or borderline raw. This is the only photo I took before they took the plates from us. The server was trying her best but the manager was mean. He asked why I didn’t just ask sooner instead of apologizing for giving us RAW FOOD. Terrible. Please do better. He wouldn’t even give us his name.

This was one of the toughest dinners to sit through. Our server was sweet but extremely inattentive. Took an hour to get our appetizers and didnt even receive those until after our main food and it was cold as ice when it arrived. Never received utensils when seated so had to wait longer to eat our already cold food. Then after getting boxes almost immediately after our food was served it took another 20 mins just for the check. Definitely will not be coming back to this location at all. Do not recommend.

If I could rate it a 0 star I would. Service was horrible. Ordered fiesta chicken and it came out cold. Not a big deal but we also ordered the steak and it was ROTTEN! It smelled so bad and it crumbled up. We let the waited know and she told up “ sorry we have been getting steaks returned because they’re bad”. At that point my stomach started to hurt. We asked for the manager because we refused to pay for a rotten piece of meat. He came out with an attitude, told us he’s been there for 8 months and has never received a bad comment on the steak that we just didn’t know about the cuts of meat. I told him to smell it that it was nasty and that that it crumbled up like TUNA. He was yelled at us that we had to pay the food! Before I could even get home I had thrown up. Please don’t go here! Applebees never does anything about the customer service or bad food given

It took us bit to get seated, people that came in after us were helped first. We were finally sat down. We knew what we wanted. Two servers walked past us, didnt acknowledge us at all. After a few minutes a manager walked by and we stopped him and asked could we have a server to order. He said I’ll get one, then he proceeded to walk over to the other side of the restaurant NO ONE CAME. WE WERE COMPLETELY IGNORED, SO WE LEFT. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. WE CAME FOR TWO SPECIFIC ITEMS THAT WE LIKE BUT LEFT WITH NOTHING. APPLEBEES HAS GOOD FOOD BUT THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

The waiter was slacking. Im sorry. My food was stale. The “fresh food” that came out. Stale as heck too. The chicken was still cold inside. The waiter took over 30 minutes to bring our drinks. The waiter would ignore us and go to the other tables and wait on them first.
I think I will never come back her3 again. I asked for a discount on so many mistakes. They ignored me. Even tho we didnt eat half of our food.

We really appreciated the manager on duty tonight Billy (11/29/25). They personally brought out our meals and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our dining experience even better. Thank you!
