I have had issues with other locations about putting 20+ wings in one box (with multiple different flavors with dry rubs and sauces) and being very rude about it. This location however I put in an online order and stepped inside and asked if they could put the flavors in different boxes and the staff were extremely nice! The female employee that was working the front confirmed what I was asking and immediately went to the back to tell the other employees my request. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! The ranch cups were actually filled to the top at this location also! 10/10 everything on my order was on point and the staff were wonderful!

I had never eaten here, but I won’t pass it by again! The French fries were so delicious, and my son loved the lemon boneless wings. I had parmesan wings and cajun wings and both were amazing!! Little on the pricey side, but worth it.

Really disappointed in the quality of our food. The Lemon Pepper wings had at least 1 1/2 Tablespoons of fryer grease at the bottom of the container. (bottom right in the picture.) We ordered the fries well-done and they were totally limp when we got home. My wife’s boneless wings were a little better but not much. Going forward, I think we’ll pass.

We’ve had good experiences in the past. For some reason these last couple of visits have left us disappointed though. The fries are never hot or even warm. They’ve been forgetting items that we paid for. And the wings have been really small. For the money we pay I honestly expect the wings to be bigger like they used to be. In picture shown, that’s 4 wings… almost 4 bites. I don’t mind waiting (the wait can be so long) but at least give me good product to make it worth it.

Kudos to the franchise owner to step up and work in her restaurant. In a time where it’s hard to find employees sometimes this is the way it has to be. Entrepreneurship is hard and risky financially. My wings were perfect and my fries better! Best wishes!

how do you forget an entire order of fries. Payed for it to be doordashed to my house and the only thing they said was we can give you credit for the fries. Okay what about the extra money I had to pay to get it delivered?? Completely defeated the purpose of me DoorDashing because I ended up having to go pick up the fries myself. So hooray for cold wings.

Went to grab a take out order. Had a piece of trash to throw away while waiting for the food. There was no trash can outside of the counter area or in the dining room area. I waited for the staff to come to the front but they were busy. There was a trash can just inside the front counter. I stepped one foot behind the counter and tossed the cup into the trash. I turned around and stepped out from behind the counter and one of the employees told me she couldn’t let me on the “red tiles because they are slick and greasy and if I slipped on them she would get in trouble.” So basically she called me back into the “red tiles” to tell me not to step on the red tiles. ♀️ I told her I wouldn’t have approached her trash can if she had one in the lobby area and made it available to the customers or if waiting to ask where a trash can was. She said the manager doesn’t want a trash can out in the lobby. Just ridiculous the attitude that I was given. I wasn’t doing a dance routine or hanging out on her red tiles. I literally took one big step, tossed a cup in the trash and took another big step out only to be stopped and called back onto the forbidden tiles for her to chastise me for stepping onto the tile to throw away trash. I guess next time I’ll just leave my trash all over the table for them to clean…or I’ll just go to one of the other numerous eating establishments surrounding this location. Attitude and atmosphere go a long way. Customer service training needs to be reviewed at this location.

The manager amber was very rude and completely not understanding what was needed.she should not be a manager with that attitude and customer service. I rather take my service else where. My order was a remake because they didn’t cook the chicken well done. They said I could come back for a remake and the manager the next day which is amber was completely rude and saying I couldn’t get the sauces for my meal
