Asked for no Mayo they said they would fix the burger and gave me this. I’ve worked for fast food and know exactly what happened. They decided to wipe it off and hand me the same cold burger from before. Never going back!

Worst sonic in the entire country i think!! Every time i go there i leave upset but it has been almost a year since i went and i figured i’d give then another chance plus there was nothing else on the way to where i was going….ordered a number 3 with ketchup…sat for twenty minutes to get a plain burger covered in mustard and to top it off their phone goes straight to voicemail so you can’t even call to get it corrected!!

Paul is so kind! I called and asked him if they had any kind of strawberry drink with ice cream in it because I was craving strawberries and he hooked me up with what is probably one of the best drinks I have EVER had. He had it ready and at the window when I pulled up too!!! I ordered two more drinks and he had them done super quick! He’s a very kind person always anytime I talk to him! The people he has working there are super respectful as well! Thank you guys so much! This made my week!!!☺️

Worst Sonic in the history of EVER! Took almost 13 minutes to receive one meal! Then once the car hop arrived she was EXTREMELY rude (Kymberle). There was no ketchup and not a single napkin or mint in the bag. Had to ask for napkins and ketchup, which took another 10 minutes to receive. Once she brought that back she practically threw it at me. Sonic should be ashamed to ha e this type of employee working for them. Once I took a bite out of the burger, it was dry, hard and very over cooked! No pickles and hardly no lettuce was on my burger.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Sonic!!

I like to wait a couple months after a bad experience to try again and hope things changed. However that’s never the case. This sonic happens to just get worse. Every single time I go, my order is messed up someway or another. And there’s 1 specific employee who is incredibly rude when taking your order, and when he brings the order out to you. I also hate adding flavors to my drink, and get charged for them, only to have no flavors added to my drink! Someone needs to come in and clean house! I’ve lived in this town 8 years and have had a handful of decent experiences. They seem to run off the good workers.

I am usually satisfied with the food and service not this evening. Ordered a footlong coney it came with no fork. My drink was nothing but, soda water I ordered a sprite. Tonight was a waste if time and money. You may have lost a regular customer.

Nothing worse then getting all the way home after paying for something and it be wrong. Wrong to the point to where you can’t stand it. I do not eat mustard or ketchup so I ordered mayo on my burger, got all three. Please all we ask is you pay attention to what we ordered, I’m OK with it taking a bit, and I’m not going to drive all the way back because I’m scared of what might happen as so many of us are.
