I thought I had found my favorite Chai in town, but Dunn Brothers Coffee just threw down the gauntlet. If you are a fan of a perfectly crafted Vanilla Chai Latte, look no further.
The balance here is incredible. It’s smooth, fragrant, and has that perfect level of vanilla sweetness that doesn’t overpower the tea. It’s the kind of drink that makes you want to sit and stay a while.
Freshness First: You can tell they take pride in their ingredients. Nothing about this tasted “syrupy” or mass-produced.

This used to be my favorite quick breakfast spot, but service here has plummeted. Ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and was served a biscuit with a slice of melted cheese. Guess my order was too difficult to comprehend? The only redeeming quality here is their beans, which I’ll be ordering online from this point forward.

Great customer service (everyone was polite and friendly) and a fast drive-thru, but my iced dirty chai was unexpectedly very thick…like “did I accidentally order a pudding?” thick. Flavor was fine, but the texture was a deal breaker for me. Probably just not the drink for me, but worth noting

The iced mocha latte with oat milk was the perfect blend of coffee and sweet! And the avacado toast was amazing! My husband got the Caramel nitro cold brew and his breakfast sandwich was huge! He enjoyed his order as well!

I’ve only been here one time but had an excellent experience. The coffee was amazing, very well brewed and put together for me. It was exactly everything that I was looking for in a good cup of coffee. The drive-through experience was mostly okay, with their menu being a tad confusing. But nothing that I couldn’t get over after just a couple minutes of perusal. The individual out the window as well as individuals inside seemed well dressed and clean, the inside was clean as well. It was a nice atmosphere. If I’m in the area I will definitely go to this place again.

Unfortunate experience. Pass on lunch here. We’ve been here multiple times for breakfast sandwiches and always enjoyed it. Two sandwiches $30. Took 25 minutes. My gluten free English muffin was frozen. The gal making the food was extremely rude. Hope she was just having an off day.
