We just ordered a small hook and ladder and a meat ball sub around 5:30. There was a little rush that happened between customers coming in and online pick up so waiting patiently is not a problem, unfortunately 2 of the workers we’re absent and there was only 1 making all of the subs so I can’t really say anything bad to the poor guy when he was trying his best to be efficient. We got home and opened up our subs and the meatball sub was burnt badly. Again the person who made our subs I have nothing ill will to say towards him when he was very nice in taking our order and trying his best to get food out. We still love the firehouse and will always be back but just a little disappointed getting a burnt meatball sub

Last few times I have been in here the TV is on BLASTING anime crap or something. I mean BLASTING. You cannot even have a conversation while sitting a waiting. I don’t even think it’s in English! You have 10-15 people waiting and the one fella has to stop constantly to turn around and watch it! This is not the type of entertainment people would choose in mainstream. Know your audience and at the very least turn it down and concentrate on your work!

Firehouse Subs delivered enough on flavor and texture to add them to my sandwich rotation. I was skeptical about baking every sandwich, but pleasantly surprised by the results. The small subs were more filling than they looked. You can order two or three sizes, by the way. The fun sized subs, however, lend themselves to sampling multiple varieties. The place was very open, bright and clean with a friendly staff. Can’t wait to go again because the place is fire. Pun intended… Isn’t that what the kids are saying anyway? At least I didn’t say the place is lit, right?

This had happened a few weeks ago but unfortunately we have not received a response back from anyone at this store. We did an online order for a medium & large sub, when we had gotten home an opened the box the medium sub looked more like a small. I had called the store an they told me it might just look smaller due to running out of medium boxes an having to use large. I told them no it looked a lot smaller then usual – he had offered to remake my sub an when I had told him my order he told me they had also ran out of medium size bread as well so were cutting large to be medium an someone probably cut it smaller. After he knew my order he just apologized an didn’t sound like a new sub was being offered anymore so we paid full price for a medium sub only to get a small. We’ve always had good service/food here but unfortunately won’t be coming back for a while.

Very disappointed in my recent experience. We have loved Firehouse Subs for a long time to the point of driving to Green Bay until our nearby location opened. They were amazing at first, however as of late they have been slipping with quality ans their portion sizes have dramatically gone down. I was served a tomato stem. No thank you. And my sub hardly had any meat on it, not even enough to cover the entire sandwich. Sad to say we will not be visiting this location any time soon.

While the employees were nice (until we kindly asked for a refund) we waited almost an hour for 3 subs with only 2 people ahead of us and only a few online orders. 2 out of 3 sandwiches were soggy and off tasting and were barely filled with meat for paying almost $50. very disappointing and a huge downgrade from the green bay locations

Overall, I don’t know what it is exactly, but I find the ‘Firehouse subs’ to be quite bland and boring amongst all the competition of the sub businesses. There’s just something missing with their subs that really doesn’t set it apart from the competition, especially given, their prices are actually quite high, compared to the likes of Jimmy John’s, Jersey, Mike’s and Cousins Subs. I’ve been Firehouse subs three times, and it’s usually the same result with flavor just missing.
Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning in the future, but I will say, the service has been good at the locations I have visited.

We usually like firehouse but we got their app with rewards so we had 50% off online order, used it and it took $30 out of my account. When we got there the workers told us they don’t have our order, (we even made sure it was the right location) all they said was there’s nothing they can do for us cause the app isn’t even thru firehouse! Why have an app that isn’t even there’s, they weren’t helpful at all so we were out our food and money. Do Not use the app! Very disappointed

Drove 45 minutes to try the Thanksgiving sub I’ve seen advertised everywhere only to get there and they are out of turkey. So I left without food but it was probably for the best since the employee had a name tag that stated ” my pronouns are..”, I don’t play that game and DEFINITELY don’t want the mentally ill handling my food. Should be a 0 star rating.

Sub was good but ordered a bowl of soup and was seriously just given a half bowl of broth. Bowl of chicken dumpling wasn’t even close to full and there’s not even a vegetable in it.
