My favorite ice cream shop in Garner! The store is clean and smells sooooooo goooood and they have such cute decorations. Management is up to par and very patient with customers during rushes. The crew works really hard and give great service. Such a fun experience every time I come in. Lots of options to choose from.

3 * for the service as a whole. Young lady at counter seems new and she almost messed up with my signature fav. I looked at ingredients and mentioned her after which she realized and changed it. If Im someone who doesn’t look at what is what then I would have got a different opinion and felt ice cream is not good. Ice cream was good although its a little pricey compared to other brands. Would definitely try again and hope things change.

I didn’t order anything here because there’s zero safety for gluten free handling. While the base ice creams appear gluten free, they use the same scoops to dip all of them. Even if they got a clean scoop, the cross contamination has already happened.

Made an online order and arrived a little early. One of the workers seemed annoyed I did. She ended up giving me the wrong ice cream. I asked for lucky charms flavor but got vanilla with sprinkles. Odd thing is it was in a like cup hidden in a love it. I had asked for a love it. I feel like she did this on purpose.

I have gone to this location many times, have had to wait minimum 10 minutes. But a week and half ago I went and was in line for almost 40 minutes. There were three guys, and a young lady working that night. The young lady was going as fast as she could, doing a good job. While there was another guy helping in the front taking his sweet time to make the ice cream. After waiting for so long when the guy helped me with a “I like it, Founders Favorite”, it was more pecans than ice cream.

Love this location. They have the best customer service and the store is very clean and well kept. The management has done an excellent job and I was served by Shawn today and what a pleasant experience he gave me and my family. The ice cream definitely hit the sweet spot.

Ordered on the app. They didn’t give me one of my items. Unfortunately I didn’t check the order before I left, my mistake. When I called for a refund, I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Just for them to tell me that I would have to drive 20 minutes back to the store in order to refund me for their mistake. What doesn’t make sense is that I ordered via the app with a credit card. No apology. Horrible customer service.
