This was hands down, the best Chick-fil-A I’ve been to in years. The chicken strips were large and perfectly placed in their box, the waffle fries were fantastic, and the staff super friendly. Thank you for tasting like Chick-fil-A from years ago!

Not my day today got my order wrong and no sauces. What is a plain bun with a piece of chicken for $12? Like that was not enough I got a hair on my fries. Could not eat my meal its disgusting. Hair nets = Food Safety…very disappointing

Our favorite place to eat in town. I would like to thank the excellent leadership style that Mr. Jones display and cascades down to all of his staff members. All of their staff greet customers with a smile and a great attitude that invites to bring all the family member to have lunch here. Staff members are a reflection of his leadership, and we wish continue success in their careers and goals. Our little daughter loves the playground area and the Mac and cheese! We love whole menu! Keep up the good work!

Chick-fil-A prides itself on customer service. However, this location does not! When you order a coffee, ask, “Would you like cream or sugar?” Annoyed that you asked for that at the window. Any other location all over the states asked that.
Next, you’re ordering food for a company, and you ask, “Do you think this would be enough?” Feed eight people, I don’t know, ma’am, you tell me. (Well, you’re the expert on that)? So, I inserted myself, like 2 Mini’s per person, and hash browns? Seriously, the worst sales answer!
That’s not the way to answer.
So when you ask how to order, how many minis per person, you should have a solution or a suggestion!
After all this, I waited 6 minutes for my order! Drive to the new Hotel, which is opening on Monday, and guess what? The order was wrong!
We won’t be referring our guest to this location- definitely not brand standard and rude!

Terrible customer service even though we had a catering order to pickup. Never ever doing catering with them again. They make you go inside and make you wait an extra 30min that scheduled pickup time. Can’t stand the workers outside either they’re very entitled and bossy. Customers clearly aren’t a priority and they’ve lost a catering opportunity because we won’t be using them again. Such trash service I hope corporate reads this

I stopped by Chick-fil-A today 11/7/25 at 6:50 PM and was helped by a new team member named John. He was doing a great job — polite, attentive, and clearly trying his best while learning. However, I noticed the team leader who was training him (heavier set man with a dark beard) was being noticeably rude and dismissive toward John. It was uncomfortable to watch and honestly disheartening, especially since John seemed to be putting in so much effort. I hope management can make sure new employees are supported and treated with respect as they learn. John deserves encouragement, not criticism in front of customers.

We got there right at noon on a Saturday and I expected it to be super busy. But…it was not packed and we were thankful. The drive thru was a little confusing – you are supposed to go around the building but because it wasn’t packed, some people just jumped in line – knowledge is power 🙂
