This place was recommended to us by family as having wonderful food. The service was awful. Our waitress brought cold coffee over and took 3 trips to bring our drinks. The food was alright but nothing was warm. Every meal was room temperature. One of the meals was incorrect and when pointed out was a struggle to get the correct food. We ended up taking the food to go as everyone had finished. When we were given the bill nothing had been credited to compensate for the wrong meal and when asked about it the people there were not willing to credit anything back to make this experience better. We might have given it am extra shot if the meal had been taken care of but nothing was done and management didn’t seem to care at all.

This place is brand new, a great addition to the Fredonia culinary scene. The food is delicious but the service has some kinks to be worked out. The owner, a really nice lady, is also cook, hostess and waitress… I get that it’s a small business but she is doing too much. It is just growing pains and will buff out when she hires more help, I am sure.

Have wanted to try this place the last 3-4 times I have been back home to visit family. Sorry I stopped this time. The service was very slow and server did not get our order right. One of the people in our party of 6 had to get her meal to go because it took so long to get. The food when served was warm at best and my father in law had to ask that his coffee be reheated because it was cold. Not impressed

This is the most authentic Mexican food I’ve had in years. The food is absolutely outstanding and reasonably priced. Service was very good !! One restaurant I hope is around for a very long time!! See for yourself !!

Waited 10 minutes for our server. They were out of guacamole, which it was a Thursday and they shouldn’t have been out of anything. Our food came out to us in a very timely manner but it was cold, very bland and had no authentic mexican taste to it at all. Asked for refills and our server “forgot”. Please do not spend your money here. You are able to buy ingredients and make mexican at your house better than this place! If I could give no stars i would.

NO LIQOUR LISCENSE Love the food, but the service is terrible. I’ve been there 4 times, I keep coming back for the delicious and resonably priced food. I cannot reccommend the place right now because of the terrible and slow service. Out of the 4 times I’ve been there I’ve had different waiters and every one forgot about us, didn’t refill drinks, charged for wrong meals, etc. If you can deal with that the food is great.

The service was absolutely horrible. We waited 20 minutes before a server even came over to us. The food was incredibly bland and not worth the 35 minutes we waited for it. Just go to El Azteca, excellent food and excellent service for far better prices too.
