I’ve lived by this one my whole life and it’s had its ups and downs. Honestly though after the past two days I’m annoyed that they cannot get my order right. Yesterday I came in the drive thru to pick my order up they parked me and forgot about me…. I had to gently yell over to someone bringing someone else’s order out asking if she could check on the progress of mine. She came back out with it I checked it before leaving and it was two completely wrong burgers with the incorrect toppings. I had to then go inside while I understood that they had a rush and mixed up orders it seems like a trend. Today was my last straw when I checked my order in my bag the labels had the correct toppings on my burger so I drove off but the moment I actually realized burger had none of what I wanted on it and added mustard which I did not want. Oh and also forgot the sauce. Yesterday I got the incorrect sauce. Before you go saying it’s McDonald’s that should be expected. No. Anywhere youre paying money to eat you should not expect your order to be messed up. Actually ruined my night thank you.

Just ate the best mcdonalds of my life here. DQPC perfectly cooked and seasoned, toppings in perfect proportion, fries perfectly crispy and salty, drinks carbonated and sweet.
Staff were extremely sweet as well. Great job!

Omg, I went to the drive through some time after 11pm I wanted to try the new grinch meal with the specialty pickled fries and burger. Firstly they have everything except the burger and they didn’t substitute. I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe they didn’t have any sprite. Imagine me on break from work eating in my car , turning my lights on inside to find that my burger was not cooked fully?? Devastated I had to throw everything up. Like now McDonalds is doing medium rare burgers? I’m super disappointed and disgusted. A waste of my $20 bucks. Check your food before you eat!!

Was starving and figured I’d try the new chicken tenders, they were terrible like rubber and breading was mush and peeled off just by picking them up. I also tried the daily double which was supposed to have onions and didn’t. The patties looked like they had been burnt to the grill then peeled off. I ordered a coke and got a diet coke, I went to the counter and explained I ordered a coke and they replaced it with another diet coke. The fries were stone cold and had zero salt. I placed aobile order and it said it was ready, I waited about 10 minutes before getting my order. Food was completely inedible. Really it was the most disgusting McDonald’s experience I have ever had!

Waited at the drive-thru speaker for five minutes with no response. Pulled up to the first window and waited again—still no one came. Parked and went inside, ordered through the kiosk, and the receipt paper was out. When my order was ready, the employee placed the ice cream cone directly on the shelf with no napkin or holder. The cone had the smallest amount of ice cream I’ve ever seen at McDonald’s, and no spoon was provided. I’ve had plenty of bad fast-food experiences, and this was one of the worst. Won’t be returning to this location.

Why is there 2 lanes if you are going to use only one? I placed a mobile order and was in the drive threw to pick it up and your lady who is working the window was able to que in and and tell me just a moment and then proceeded to take 3 orders from the other lane which those cars were actually behind me overall before we split lanes. Regardless if your short staff or not as the women claimed at the window if you had time to tell me hold on you had time to take a 4 digit code. With 2 lanes it should be a back and forth situation in placing orders. So lesson learned never use the 2nd lane unless you want to wait till the 1st lane is empty.

Very disrespectful employees all teenagers and absolutely no respect for customers. Took over 25 minutes to get crub side i went in to see what was taking so long their were 3 other curbside orders inside seeing where their order was and when I asked a young black girl about my order she turned around threw her hands up in the hair made comments to other young employees and said its not my job,I’m not manager..why is she even employed their so disrespectful alone with the other young one’s. You really need to get it together. This location absolutely sucks,slow service, food was cold and employees just rude. Don’t go to this location you have been warned

Horrible always the same every time I’ve ever been no service at all employees and manager hide always and only do drive thru and people in restaurant and up front in lobby not welcome at all and delivery drivers threatened to stand aside and not talk but to be quiet and wait awful service awful Manager threatens people with police and trespassing if you just even ask for your food will never go in there again Don’t Go! Lots of good McDonalds around without ever going in that one tried to say Happy New Year and bless you and got threatened by Manager in pink swear shirt for that! Praying for them all
