I took one bite and it tasted spoiled the mgr would not return my money only remake my food. The next sandwich smelled better but was not hot. Of course I have an upset stomach. I will not eat here again. This was 12/23/25

Always super busy. The team provides good customer service with a good attitude. The food is ok. I usually get the 8 piece nuggets and Cobb salad. I also enjoy the chicken noodle soup. The prices have increased which is ridiculous.

Ordered a catered Mac and cheese for 330 pick up for an office party. I got there around 430 and the order wasn’t ready. No recognition, or apologies. I waited over 15 minutes for the order. The manager just brushed it off. When I opened the bag it wasn’t in the normal foil container other chic fil a restaurants put it in. It was in the plastic container nuggets go in. I was over it and won’t be back.

Worst location ive ever been too. Routinely messes up my order. Which is usually a market salad. Today they charged me for the wrong salad. I paid more than i was supposed to. They told me the price was the same when its clearly not. On top of that when they replaced my salad they still gave me the wrong order. Will travel a little further to a better location from now on

Order was not current and the service was a bit slow for going in. There were no customers in front of me. Ordered 1 sandwich and fries. The sandwich was wrong. The receipt was correct but the sandwich was not. Drove away before I noticed.

The young lady that took my order at 10:48a on 12/9/2025 did not have the best attitude. I asked if I could have a fresh order of nuggets, she instantly show frustration. She told me they don’t do that. I have never been told that before. Every interaction she had with customers was dismissive and disappointing. I think she is a part of management “blue shirt” so there was no need for me to complain.

Manager Flor. Really rubbed me the wrong way. I had a coupon for a free sweet tea.. but i wanted lemonade.. the worker made the lemonade already and everything..and she made him give me tea. That was unnecessary its literally a free gift for spening money with this company and I cant get lemonade over tea? I walked out and threw it in the trash with the Trash service it came with. They got the order wrong (including not giving us the kids meals we had ordered), were very slow to fix it, seemed annoyed that I asked for the right food, and didn’t offer any apology, reason, or way to make it up to us. The fries were sadly stale tasting, and there was no dining room staff/service at all. It was a disappointing Chick-fil-A experience.

O m g !! Oh my entire gosh. I never thought Chik Fil a could be bad but Largo is theeeeeee worst Chik Fil a ever. My mother tried to warn me not to go to this specific one but I wouldn’t listen. Chik Fil a doesn’t usually disappoint. This Chik Fil A constantly disappoints…drive thru and curbside use reheated fries and bad customer service. Everything is trash ️

I placed an order in the drive thru and usually don’t check my bag because normally theres no issue. On saturday 4/20 around 4:10 pm i placed an order for a 12 ct nugget and received tender’s instead. I called the store a few times and left a voicemail. I didnt enjoy the food and gave it to my dog. How can we fix this.
