I’ve been ordering Olive Garden catering for three years. No issues. I know what is included and how it should be served to feed the amount of people it says it can. I ordered the catering for 10/31 and I am very dissatisfied. Apart from the protein amount being significantly less, the sauce containers are all less than half full! The Alfredo sauce is old, reheated, and separated. It’s an oily mess that I am currently scooping out because I have to serve food right now and can’t replace it with store bought sauce. That’s the point of catering, not worrying.

The girl was Inconsiderate, she had me wait in the lobby for 20 minutes.Just for her to bring out my ordered food I ordered online. She told me she was on a phone call.And I was very upset because I just got off a treatment.And all I wanted to do was pick up my food pay for it and leave.I was very upset.

Showed up for lunch with some friends, server was incredibly friendly and nice, but I wanted to order the lunch shrimp scampi (perhaps it was my fault I was too quiet when I ordered) but I ended up receiving the dinner scampi instead, I didn’t think there was gonna be a difference until I got my bill. I ended up paying for too much for my meal when I was only expecting to pay around $20 instead of $30.

This place is usually pretty good, but we’d come in the afternoon on Valentine’s Day and they had brought out our appetizer way too fast. As in, when we touched the fried mozzarella it was cold and even colder on the inside. Our server ended up getting us a hot new plate of them and they were much better. Other than that, I am forever in love with the chicken and gnocchi soup and breadsticks.

The food was good as usual. The salad and breadsticks just about filled us up so we weren’t able to finish our entrees. That was a bit on purpose though since we wanted to save room for the new pumpkin butter cookie cheesecake desert. The desert was my favorite part of the meal. I would definitely save room for that again. as a bonus, now we have lunch for the next day with our leftover entrees. The server was amazing. She was on top of everything, and she had a great positive attitude the entire visit.
