We had to wait quite a while to be seated. There were many dirty tables and we were the only ones eating in the restaurant. One of the servers did help us with what would be best to order for our family and that was very kind and helpful. However that, and the quality of the food were the only good parts of our experience. We had to go up to the counter every time we needed something. My kids needed more water and my husband and kids waited at the counter for several minutes while he kept saying “excuse me” several times trying to get their attention. Everyone was playing and talking in the back and not paying any attention to the front of the restaurant. We ordered an app, we never got it until we went up to the counter to ask for it after we got our pizzas. Then they weren’t paying attention when we were leaving so I just left cash on the counter by the registers. We honestly could have left without paying and they wouldn’t have noticed.

Every pizza i order i ask for extra sauce and every pizza comes with disappointment. I dont like pizza unless it has extra sauce, so I even put it in the special instructions but still my pizza tastes like they put on light sauce. Get a crew thay knows what they are doing or just stop skimping on the ingredients people order.

The green peppers were strangely undercooked but the rest of the pizza was fully cooked….. other than that the food was great. Better than the usual quality I get during carry-out

We got there at 8 pm, sign says close at 10. We went specifically for salad bar. We were told that could not get because they had already pulled the utensils and were breaking it down.
We placed order, they she brought the ticket to the table, with Thank You wrote on it, and we hadn’t even gotten our food yet. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Ok so usually the service is good. Tonight the girl on the phone was new so took a bit to order. She was sweet and trying. Got to the window for whatever reason they handed me the food before I even paid, we asked for sauce for the wings and the ranch was thrown threw the food warmer and the BBQ sauce dropped on the floor and got everywhere and was still given to me. Portions were smaller than I usually have for the fries. Then icing on the cake was when I collected all my food and drinks the window was slammed shut. Not a fan ….^

I’m writing this because the employees want to get scared over someone parking in the lot waiting for another person from facebook marketplace. They call their manager and want to cry about it. There was two police officers that drove by during this time and they didn’t see a problem with it. Maybe not jump to conclusions and get scared over dumb stuff.

Traveling, got into our hotel. Wanted something quick and grab and go. Called in delivery driver was gone. So I decided to drive there being 4 minutes from our hotel, ordered our pizza, gal from the back came up and said “sorry we can’t make a pizza to go, ovens are shut off” 14 minutes before they closed. The gal at the front counter stood there looking confused and dumbfounded. All lights still on, signs still on, why can’t you make a pizza to go? The gal at the front counter had no idea the ovens were shut off, because she asked us “dine in or carry out”

The quality is hit n miss. Last time I was here I had to wait nearly 30 minutes after I had paid for my to-go order that I had ordered 15 minutes earlier.(45 minutes) I offered to pull up since there was a car behind me to be courteous, person at the window told me my order was being boxed up that it would be 5 minutes. I waited for 15 in my car and decided to go in since they were getting busy. The person who waited on me didn’t realize I had already ordered and paid for my order and asked to take my order and then I waited another 15 minutes for my order. It was ridiculous.
