On Friday, May 30th, I ordered a plain double cheese burger kids meal for my child. The drink was supposed to be a frozen strawberry berry, but look at this. Does this look frozen to you? The burgers were also cold. The workers were very unprofessional and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when it’s on their menu. I’ve been to this Burger King before during the and never had any problems. It seems like during the weekends, they have unprofessional, inadequate, people working. I know they recently hired young kids and all you hear are them playing around. I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t appreciate people playing around with my food.

This place is very slow to get orders out. Staff is very unfriendly. They don’t act as tho they hear you. And do not acknowledge you are talking to them. What a terrible management here.

The only thing burger king has going for it is the Whopper. But this time I was pleasantly surprised. The fries and my drink were much better than normal. I got fast friendly service and fresh hot food. I will definitely be back to this location. Keep up the great work.
