Leaving this review here so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Make sure you check your transactions if you pay with card/ tap. An additional $20 was charged after I left the location. At check out I noticed the server added their own percentage for tip and let me tell you it wasn’t the lowest amount. Everyone deserves a tip but this was not the case. Especially not the highest amount at least. Orders had to be repeated more than once, same with drinks, and when server returned with food he had already forgotten which plate belonged to who. When asked for refills he never returned until brought to his attention. When asked for a to go plate he never returned and we had to ask someone else for those items. It’s upsetting because what if I didn’t have those extra $20 in my account plus where is the acknowledgement that you’ll be charging an extra fee for whatever reason it was. I cannot trust that you’ll be loyal. It feels like fraud! Please correct your actions. I’m sure you wouldn’t like it if someone stole from you.

My family and I were there for national pancake day, it seem perfect very few people half the restaurant closed so all staff on one side. However that didn’t seem to matter because it was as if we didn’t exist. Waited over 20 min just to get our order of drinks and my husband had to wave someone down. Over 40 min later out food was brought out to us again because we had to ask about it. 0 accountability 0 servers came to our table only the host. I was with my little one and it makes me so sad that our neighborhood IHOP treated us this way. Very disappointed

Hair in my pancakes not sure because it was national pancake day and they were busy in kitchen but I seen it after I pay my sibling was shy for me to say something so was I since I had ate everything already I was just taking my last bites hair was deep inside my pancake not even for them to say it was my own . ♀️ customer service was fast

First picture is from Huntington Park IHop the pieces of meat are not cut to bite size. The second picture is from IHop in Arizona I went to perfect bite size on the meat they added spinach to my eggs at no extra charge and 3 pancakes and cheaper on the price.

The food was horrible. Burnt chicken tenders, potatoes cold not cooked well you still could see the flakes, green beans were so thin and small not like the picture plum and fresh, it was the total opposite, the fries were all end pieces and kind of dry. turkey was all bad cold, no slices it was a bunch of chopped up pieces. The only good thing there was the coffee.
