I can’t eat here anymore. My baja taco fell apart halfway through and look at my chili. I thought Taco time was safe but maybe it’s just this location. I’m not eating this six dollar chili.

I placed an order thinking my bank transfer had already gone through as it usually does promptly. We’ll, it didn’t and I felt like a total loser but the cashier lady was so sweet and kind and said that the order had already went through, and things happen, and proceeded to give me the order for free. I love Taco Time, especially this location. I didn’t catch the lady’s name, but she is awesome.

I usually stop by Taco Time for a quick meal when I’m in town, as it’s historically been a solid choice for Mexican-style fast food. However, this recent visit was a bit disappointing. My bean burrito was soggy and fell apart, and while the Mexi-fries were okay, they weren’t up to their usual standard. I also found the red salsa (now served in plastic containers) has gone downhill. In fairness, they are promoting several new “fresh” salsas, so those might be a better bet.

On the positive side, the service was incredibly friendly. That said, this location isn’t quite as well-maintained as the one on Market Street.

Taco Time is a PNW institution. Enjoyed a crispy beef burrito and tots with the best hot sauce in the biz. Not to mild and not too hot but just right. While they were short staffed the crew was friendly and working their tails off. Now being able to get the burritos and sauce and make them at home is a game changer!

My husband physically went inside to order our dinner this afternoon from the Seattle 1140 Elliott Ave W., location between 3:30 and 4pm on 25 Feb 26. He indicated he was the only one in the restaurant and read exactly what we agreed upon from his phone to the employee. Unfortunately, what he said and what came home was something I have never seen on your menu nor would ever order under any circumstances. No, condiments just cheesy chicken wrapped in a soft taco burrito and more melted cheese with green things. What is this? The cheese content alone would make a cardiologist unhappy, if she or he had to spend a sunny afternoon unclogging all the cheese packed into this floured tortilla out of an artery, thereby missing their child’s softball and or Little League baseball game not to mention the patient. I had ordered a chicken burrito crisp and suffered through a terrible unseasoned mistake minus as much cheese as I could pull off. The end of this story is please help your employees develop effective listening skills to what is ordered, then repeat the order and recheck once the order is up. We all make mistakes and most of us are willing to wait for the right order rather than suffer through cheese something and a bypass.
Thank you.

Unfortunately, there is no much places around here in this area to have a nice breakfast, I was hoping to have some taco for the breakfast, but unfortunately they were closed. All the sign was. That’s unfortunate. Beat disappointment. At the place is close. That’s too bad.

This Taco Time is special. It’s where HQ tests out new products and has always had great site staff that has been there for years. With so much mediocrity it feels so good coming across a place that’s dedicated to excellence.

I think four stars might as well be five stars when it comes to fast food. Had a decent meal there and it was good fuel for what I had to do for that day. Can’t really rate the ambiance as I was in the drive through

My wife loves taco time unfortunately we will not be back. Service was not great. Was not inviting and tapping away on the screen aggressively store also was exceptionally dirty for how slow it was doesn’t seem right for a restaurant.

I went to Taco Time and it was amazing! The staff were super friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. The tacos were so good, and the hot sauce was the perfect level of spicy. I’ll definitely be back!
