I get that McDonald’s isn’t in line for a Michelin Star, but this location needs some attention. Our drinks weren’t filled, our order wasn’t correct, and they assembled the Big Mac incorrectly (bottom bun, 2 patties, condiments, middle bun, top bun). Neither of the employees we saw looked happy to be there, but they were courteous. Not that we’re from the area, but we won’t be returning to this location.

Every table was dirty so to eat in, we had to clean a table first. They werent very busy and certainly had time to straighten the dining area. 2 of the 3 cheeseburgers we ordered were sent out with zero condiments. Didn’t bring cups when she brought the food, so we had to get up and ask for them.

Shawna was amazing! We are here for a cruise from West Virginia and we had stopped here for breakfast before we board the ship. She was friendly to us as soon as we walked in. Had a smile on her face and was very informative on things around us! She was kind and sweet. The food was ready very quickly ans she made my frappe exactly how I like it!

I want to give a shout-out to the girl with the red hair I’m not sure what her name is because there was no name tag displayed but I have been coming here for 2 months and she’s always been attentive to me and my family. Fries were hot and were full not too full but the McDonald’s way. She’s very friendly beautiful smile and she made the atmosphere feel so good. Whoever she is definitely does go the extra mile. Not only what she did for us we sat and watched and she treated everyone she helped equally. Definitely something special about her. Again I don’t know her name but I do know that smile and that she has red hair . Good job young lady. Definitely will get the best service at night from her. McDonald’s keep her around.

One of the worst service you can get. After accepting payment the cashier did not care. Waited 15 minutes and still no pies. I requested for a refund and left. I strongly suggest the management or the restaurant owner should look in to the service. I have seen customers complain and leave or waiting for service. That is not the way to serve people on the go all in the middle of tourist town. Shame on management for giving bad service.
