DON’T EAT HERE
This was my first experience in my second time here. To start, the breakfast AND lunch special that ONLY ENDS AT 1030am IS ONLY A BREAKFAST SPECIAL. The first time I ordered $31 worth of food and they tell me at the window it’s card only. I didn’t see a sign when I came through what is also drive through only. I only had cash so I had to leave. Second time I’m ready, and this time went out of my way to find the one sign they have stuck into the ground about the no cash. It still is hard to see unless you go looking, especially if you approach the drive through entrance from the north. I ordered a warm lobster roll meal for 17.99+tax. ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE DOES IT DISCLOSE THE FASLE PICTURES ADVERTISED ALL OVER THE MENU TO ONLY MEASURE OUT 3.5 oz of lobster per roll. The roll is smaller than a hot dog bun and the 3.5 non-disclosed-ounces of lobster are not seasoned. That spicy honey is literally chammoy sauce with honey and does not taste good. The bitterness of the chammoy overpowers the honeys sweetness which would have been better with an actual brand of hot honey instead of a chammoy combination. And the staff was rude both times. The no cash time the girl said they didn’t take cash but then started freaking out like she’s never talked to a stranger before and ran to get a manager who repeated the same detail. I didn’t even say anything I just listened but they both looked so nervous that he kept repeating his sentence as if it was the same thing as saying sorry about it, now you know for next time. Just an awkward untrained manager. You guys need to stop falsely advertising your lobster rolls and provide a written disclosure about the specified weight of meat. As well, that I almost broke a tooth on a lobster shell. You’re lucky I’m already poor that I can’t afford to open a lawsuit and that this visit at all was a treat for what I had to spare of my budget. DON’T EAT HERE

I finally tried the lobster rolls meal. It was pretty good. Great flavor. My fries were a bit salty. Over all I give it a 5 star meal.

My first time coming to this establishment. I ordered the fried lobster and added two pieces of shrimp. The food was overcooked and the fries were cold. I did not eat it. Definitely not worth the money paid.

Stopped to get what I thought was a quick bite. It took forever to get through the drive-thru thru. I upgraded my chilled lobster roll and was very disappointed in the amount of meat. It advertised 70% more for the upcharge. The peach passion lemonade was good and the spicy bitter was a nice touch. The fries were basic. I paid over $20 for this meal and it is not worth it for a fast food place this just doesn’t cut it. I wont be back.

The food is so good here! Their salad in a wrap with the cilantro dressing is by far the best one I have had! My son got the lobster roll and said it was amazing! I wish it wasn’t so far from our house or we would go more often!

We ordered the #3 and #5 and an extra buttered bun. The food was good. Fries were a bit salty. The sauce was good. On the sandwich and on the fries. The extra bun came in handy for only .99 cents. I was able to make 2 sandwiches out of the #5. The wait can be long sometimes, but we felt the workers are doing a great job getting the food out in a manageable amount of time. Plus, it was hot and fresh! Just don’t wait too long to eat the seafood. It makes the bun soggy.
The only negative comment is that all employees should be wearing a collar shirt. Cleavage at drive thru is unprofessional and unpleasant. It’s not appropriate.

Normally I don’t post bad reviews.. but I waited at least 10 minutes in the drive through window top pick up an order while the lady working the drive through window saw me and completely ignored me. She wiped the counter, and was messing around with drinks, and it appeared she was trying to find other things to do besides even acknowledge me. No “hello,” “just a moment”, or anything. I work in food service and we would not be allowed to act this way. I will not be going back to this location or recommending it to anyone. I can be forgiving for service and understand it can be a while but this interaction today was ridiculous. I put in an order in advance, and was notified it was ready. At the drive through speaker, I also informed them I was picking up. There is no reason for a delay like that.

I love this place!! ❤️ For breakfast, lunch and for dinner!! I’m in!! Very reasonable breakfast deals and now various salads for 5 bucks with Fresh grilled chicken!! Or can add beef or or lobster, for extra $!! Drinks for under $1.50 too!! There’s cold brew ☕️ coffee, leamonade, tea, Energy drinks & Arnold Palmers!! Not to mention the lobster or crab roll meals,under $15, nice!! Need i say more!! You gotta go, NOW, If you haven’t been!! The fish meal, still not mastered!! I tried, one last time. Seasoning on breading too salty & pieces usually too small!! Inconsistent. I got 2 nuggets the last time, won’t order again! Got MY Fave!! Anywho, go now!! The burgers are good, as well. Each location offers differant entrees! One has burgers but no salads.

The food was very expensive , $20 for a lobster roll that wasn’t even fresh and the portions are super small. The girl at the window too didn’t even say hello or thank you she just shoved the food out the window. I understand we all have bad days and I’ve been in food service most of my life but when you put out bad energy it will just make your shift worse . Overall I would avoid this place considering the price and how bad it is
