1st of all, if there was a number I would’ve called to let them remake my food, but there isn’t a number. The veggies were sooo big and hard and no meat. Plate full of cabbage & raw veggies. This is unacceptable. The rice is hard also. So disappointed. Hard earned money wasted. I’m more upset that my kids couldn’t eat it & threw it in the trash, but how could I blame them ?

Ruben the manager gave me a hard time while dashing. Just standing there smirking attempting to hold me up. Once again Ruben very inattentive to the customers. Rather shake hands and talk than to help. A lady had to point him to me to keep him focused, there is one lady who always speaks when ppl walk in. More of them and less of Ruben.

Stop by this location purchased two bowls and a rice entree and the rice smelled and tasted scorched. Wasted my money. Very disappointed that an establishment would allow this type of service.

Drove all the way home and my order was missing an entree! Drove all the way back and the workers did not care and still handed me the incorrect item! No apology from the workers just workers blaming it on a shift change! The person that took my order stood in the back while I expressed how upset that I was for having to drive all the way back up there and she never once said anything!

I always order the same thing. I noticed I don’t get my full order they give me more rice and less meat. The server acts as if she’s paying or getting my meal free after I spent 17 dollars It’s all about making the Customer happy.

Lady attending us gave attitude and made it seem as if taking our order was such an inconvenience to her. Zero customer service will not be coming to this location again. Also side note was breathing on the microphone very heavily I couldn’t hear what she was saying.

I visited this restaurant after deciding between this or Taco Bell. I ordered my regular orange chicken with rice and asked for a plate with an additional entree, the honey walnut shrimp. I also asked for a small cart of their lo mein, which my brother recommended. However, they mistakenly gave me a “bigger plate” with my entrees, additional lo mein, and one scoop of fried rice, along with the side cart of lo mein. I was disappointed because that wasn’t what I ordered. I didn’t realize until I had already left. I returned with my receipt and they corrected my order immediately. They even let me keep the first order of food. I had two meals and enough to share with a family member. I appreciate their patience, service, and quickness in correcting my order.

I had a wonderful experience with sanjuanita. She was very nice and extremely helpful, and I was very surprised when I learned she wasn’t a manger or a team lead based off the initiative and work ethic I saw her have. She made my visit to Panda Express a wonderful visit and I will be coming back.
