Ordered 2 dinner boxes, opened up the boxes, the cheese breadsticks were not cooked. Called the store to ask what happened and what they could do to fix it, rudely got told they go through the 6 minute oven like everything else, that the cheese is fresh and could have been frozen and not cooked all the way. Employee said “I know what order you’re talking about”…. Why would you send out cheese sticks that you can see are not cooked. I’ve ordered the dinner box multiple times and have never had an issue, and the one time I have an issue it’s basically on me. Do better Pizza Hut, thanks!…. At least the pizza is edible. Oh and ranch sauce instead of icing to dip my cinnamon sticks in, yummy!

The costumer service was good. the pizza on the other hand was very poorly made, i ordered a large hand tossed pepperoni pizza, all the topings just slid right off when I went to take a bite, the dough was pretty doughy just undercooked just pure laziness in my opinion hope these guys get some training in the kitchen cause they definitely need it. Oh and their was a hair in the box of pizza aswell.

A friend and I had a pizza delivered And it looked like they dropped it upside down. Try to call the store. There was no answer we had to come in. We were greeted by the store manager who had pink hair and saved on the sides. She look like she was from the circus. She had zero customer service skills. She was rude and disrespectful. I would never come back to this establishment. I would just go get a frozen pizza.

Ordered Pizza from PizzaHut.com and it was dropped off by DoorDash. The cheese is all burned and extremely greasy because it looks like it’s been sitting for a long time, and tasted terrible! Called to speak with someone about it but after 20 mins on hold I hung up. Based off recent reviews it looks like we aren’t the only ones this has happened to. Will not order from this location again.
