Consistently great service and friendly staff (Noel and W.T.). I work with a ministry at Rhodes College and had a really positive experience interacting with Noel. He was kind, generous with his time, and genuinely helpful—no rush, no pretense, just a thoughtful person doing his job well.
The food was exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A, but the way Noel treated me is what stood out most. It’s clear he cares about people and leads with a good attitude. Grateful for the experience and the people who make this place what it is.

Honestly irritated with not getting my sauces when I get my food delivered.
Update: ordering a large fry with medium quantity feels like robbery. I just keep going back here because they have the best tasting Chick-fil-A. I’m not sure if they’re experiencing employee changes, but they finally have been consistent with the sauces my last two orders.

My visit consisted of order-changing. Without expressing anything between the cashier or us, her demeanor reflected the following in her attitude & her communication exchange, without telling her any of our thoughts, bc we went to sit straight down. After we’d left your establishment & arrived at our next location, we talked about her:
My daughter found the cashier, Pamela, to be very understanding; i found her to be quite patient & non-judgemental. She is very professional, kind & a terrific listener when we ordered. Thank you, Pamela, for such love which comes from Christ, bc you don’t know how many ppl you reach just by being wonderful you!! God Bless!!

Went through the mobile drive through. They were busy as all can be which I can understand. Waited a long time and then got our food. Went to check drinks and food. Drinks were horrible filled and the fries were DEAD!!! Was already down the road when I checked the food. I’ve eaten plenty of times at Chick-fil-A and never have this happened. Needless to say I won’t be going to that store for a while. I understand that it was busy but still, don’t just start rushing cuz then that’s when you’ll start to have problem.

Workers need to check costumers order!!!!! Sat in line for 15min and Marc Clapp assured my order was right and it was wrong!!! Called store to tell them about my order and was on my lunch break.. so I couldn’t come back because I spent half of it waiting. I was told to bring the cold items the next day by a team leader and it would be replaced.. forget the inconvenience of the costumers. Just bring back cold stuff the next day.

Frosty lemonades are absolutely delightful this season! My top pick has to be the key lime frosted lemonade, while the pineapple dragon fruit comes in a close second. They are simply amazing!

Chicken fil a is good and everyone of their locations are fast and courteous but everytime I go to buy a chicken sandwich wether its regular or spicy I get the smallest thinnest chicken on a bun. I know it isn’t intentional because how could it be but I promise I could order chicken sandwiches for me and my family everyone gets theirs different, I like mine with just a mayo packet on the side. When i unwrap mine its the smallest portion of chicken and about half the thickness of the bottom of the bun. Before I went there yesterday I was actually telling my coworker how this happens to me all the time. I got the feeling that he thought I was being picky but once I got my lunch and came back to work with it I went to the break room to open my bag and eat my lunch and sure enough when I unwrapped my sandwich there it was, a laughable portion of chicken on MY bun. I went to show him to make a Believer out of him and he said “WOOOW I’ve never got a piece of chicken that small when I go to Chick fil a.” I dont know why it always happens to me. I guess Ive got a Chick fil a chicken sandwich curse. Does this happen to anyone else on a regular basis? I even went to the summer location for breakfast with my kids momma and we both got chicken egg and cheese biscuit combos with Tator tots and an OJ. When we sat down to eat what she had was a fot piece of chicken poking out every side of her biscuit but my chicken on my biscuit looked like a chicken mini. This happens at every location.

Was on the road and stopped in at 830am wanted to order a chick fil a sandwich meal and they would not let me order it which irritates me because I’ve been to different chick fil A’s around Texas Florida and California and have always been able to order a chicken sandwich meal during breakfast hours I’ve just had to wait 15-20 min which I don’t mind. The young lady who took my order also had an attitude which I did not appreciate !

I am not a huge fan of Chick-fil-A, but I was feeling a little sick so I went through the drive through to get their chicken noodle soup, and it was really good. The drive through was full of cars but I went through it much quicker than I thought. The staff was very extremely nice. I don’t go to fast food restaurants for food but this place gave me hope that customers can be treated well and be given everything they that’s needed when purchasing food on the run! So my hat is off, to Chick-fil-A!

Horrible customer service!! I have never experienced such poor customer service at a Chick-fil-A before. The staff at this location seem to make up rules as they go. I was charged for a bag of ice, and when I asked about their policy, the employee told me I was being rude.
I come often with the children, and I get each child a cup of ice — a total of two children. This time, the lady stated that I had to buy a bag of ice instead. Every time I visit, the rule about ice seems to change. This location handles things very differently from other Chick-fil-A stores.
The food quality also isn’t consistent. The biscuits are often old, and the overall experience just doesn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Very disappointing.
