The coffee is always fine. Staff is friendly. This is mostly directed towards upper management and ownership. Awhile back an employee took the garbage out through the drive through door. The garbage can, which was full tipped over and dented my car pretty good. The employee was very apologetic and I was informed to contact customer service. For weeks I was given the run around. Management and customer service told me it would be resolved. Ultimately I was given a refund for my drink (or so I was told) and it was buried. I wasn’t expecting thousands of dollars or some huge payment to fix the car. But an acknowledgement of the mistake and a gift card probably would have eased my frustrations. Mistakes happen, treating customers poorly and not making things right to some degree is a choice.

I got great service, food and beverage served with a smile. And even helped a great deal when I ordered an add-on after I had already paid (woops. My bad.) Food and beverage were served quickly and hot. Very tasty. Thanks for everything

I’ve had mostly all bad visits from this location! I started going here 4 years ago and they have a high turnover rate and each time the employees get ruder and lack any professionalism. I ordered a matcha and used my birthday coupon and it was soooooo disgusting, made me ill and wasn’t mixed well at all. If I can find a picture of it I’ll add it. Who the heck made the drink they should be fired! I was so upset. Another visit I paid extra for caramel and they forgot it and when I said something the barista drizzled some on top. Extra means drizzle it AROUND THE CUP!!!!!! I’ll get Starbucks from Target only because at least they make my drink right every time and service is way better, can’t even compare the two actually! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Normal Starbucks, staff is kind and helpful. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because their iced drinks at this location are often lukewarm. The staff mentioned the ice machine they have has very pebble like ice which often melts when they add the espresso. Would encourage higher ups to look at getting a different ice machine so that iced drinks are actually iced!

I usually go to this location when they open up. The service is definitely wonderful and the staff is very friendly and have great smiles on their faces . Plus the food and drinks are absolutely delicious too

They messed up my drink in the drive through today, but remade it without any hassle. Due to recent Corporate decisions to close stores, they are being overrun and are understaffed. Kudos to this group for being positive and controlling what they can while the company goes through changes.

15 minute wait on a single drink at 930AM? A bit extreme and zero acknowledgement of people who’ve been waiting long periods of time. A “sorry for a the wait” goes a long way especially with the number of people working. Won’t be back at this specific location.

I ordered something and they gave me something different from what I asked for. The staff’s attitude was rude. I paid and they didn’t take my drink. I’m very angry with the staff’s attitude. I promise I’ll never come here again.
