I think that young man Eric just single-handedly saved this Chipotle.
I like Chipotle. I enjoy the food. But I feel like I’ve been getting ripped off with measly portions for what I’m spending. I’m not asking or expect tons of meat. I understand that chipotle needs to make a profit. But the serving sizes have been ridiculous in the past.
Eric has gave me hope again. He did not overdo it. He just gave me an honest serving size for the price. Which I think is fair, and by fair… I mean great. I would gladly spend the money on my bowls and burritos if Eric were serving me every time.
I ordered a steak bowl with extra chicken. And not only did Eric delivery a perfectly well-balanced bowl, but he served it with a smile.
It’s hard to find somebody who pays this much attention to detail in their job, especially in customer service. Eric give me above and beyond excellence in customer service. And other than the portion sizes being fair and honest, it’s his attention to the customer.
Honestly, he actually makes it a very friendly experience. I’m not sure exactly how…. Maybe it’s the smile, maybe it’s how he confirms what you want, tone of voice used, how he tells me how good the salsa is when I asked for a little extra… almost like he is making want to order MORE with the positive reinforcement. Not sure. But there is something there that’s special.
Make this man the manager. Or he will quit and achieve all of his goals with zero issues.

This food is horrible!!!! I bought this for my son’s birthday and no one liked it. The chicken was fatty and the food had no flavor. I would like my money back if anyone will contact me please. I wouldn’t waste your money at this place.

have gone multiple times and they continuously get my order wrong. this time i online ordered a burrito with beef barbacoa, black beans, cheese, and extra guac. they gave me a cold burrito, no cheese or guac, with barely any barbacoa and packed with black beans. it was also less than half the size of the burritos i’ve received from other chipotle locations. im never going to this chipotle again. the one on harney in lodi is wayyyy better and definitely worth the extra drive.

This was by far the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The employees are clearly not properly trained. The poor kid was running the line all alone and seemed very unsure of how much to put into the burrito and the bowl. He had no idea on how to do a double wrapped burrito. When he finally thought he was getting some help, 2 different girls came up touched my food then walked away. Finally some other girl came to help him and wrapped the burrito without finishing what needed to be in it then got mad when I asked if she added the guac and lettuce and had her unwrap it to add them. Mind you there’s a guy and a girl just standing by the drive through window talking and laughing. I truly believe these kids just simply do not have the proper training and it’s so sad. This could be a really nice location if the employees had the proper training on how to do their job. There was no need for people to walk up and touch my food for no reason just to walk away. Completely unnecessary and unsanitary.

Horrible service. They gave my friends barley any food, charged for double, food looked like it was out for days plus the girls were so rude. On top of that they charged them almost 30 for each bowl. Thats ridiculous. And to make it worse the girl throws one of the bowls in the bag side ways messing all the food up. Don’t ever go to this location.

The portions sizes were so ridiculously small. The meat was cold and hard. I’m not sure if it’s because of the new opening or if they plan on changing things up in the future but spending over $40 for food that was kid portions and cold was very annoying. The staff were nice though.
