First time trying Papa John’s. Although it is a cute idea for Halloween, I will never order their pizza again. It’s card board with tomato sauce and minimal cheese on it. Yuck. Will not try again. Over priced and people who can’t speak English working there.

I really wanted to give this place five stars. I really enjoyed it when it was open but then it closed and now it’s reopened. We recently ordered from them on Valentine’s Day, that is today and our order was completely completely messed up. Let me give you some more details.
If you look at my other reviews, you’ll notice that I rarely give a one star rating. We ordered pizza for our kids on Valentine’s Day and we ordered heart-shaped pizzas. My wife plugged the order in online and asked for the pizza to be here at 5:30 PM. Just let me remind you that she ordered the pizzas at 2 PM. The pizzas finally arrived to our house at 6:25 PM. Pretty much they were an hour late.
We went to open the boxes, and none of our pizzas were heart-shaped. You can see the pictures that I have attached. We specifically ordered from Papa John’s and not Domino’s because Papa John’s had heart-shaped pizzas. You will notice that none of our pizzas are heart-shaped.
We ordered one pizza for the adults. That had breakfast bacon and pineapple on it. For some reason it barely had any cheese on it. We had to call the store and ask them for a refund. They wanted to give us a store credit, but we would not like to order from them again. I hope that you have a better experience than we did.

I’m so excited that this Papa John’s is now open! Their pizza is delicious, affordable, and the staff is friendly here. I’ve visited twice this week since they opened. It’s my favorite pizza as the cheese is so tasty and they have great coupons. The entire family loves the crust and that’s why it’s our #1 choice. Another thing to love is that the pizza is perfectly cooked and it has the right amount of delicious marinara sauce. You can order online and they cook it right away. Thanks for reopening!

Started out okay, ordered three more times with each time getting progressively worse. Last delivery of 3 pies was stolen, when reported the Manager/Dispatch stated they had photo proof of delivery, asked for the proof then was blocked by the Manager.

What kind of businesses that doesn’t display prices? They donot show price. Not on the menu and not on the board. You have to ask how much is this or that. Corporate greed with one person working the entire store. I give 5 stars for cleanness and for the person working the counter. Pizza is second grade papa John’s.
