The drinks tasted burnt. Service was not good. Just said hi on the cups which is supposed to be something motivational. My daughter worked for Starbucks up until recently and this was not good service at all. We threw food and drinks away it was that bad. The double smoked bacon was not even done. Worst service ever.

Placed a mobile order that said my 1 drink would be ready in 5-8 minutes. Pulled up to the speaker only to be told that since I only placed the order 3 minutes ago that I would have to “do a lap” as they ask for at least 7-12 before you come for your mobile order. Not sure how this makes sense. If I ordered at the speaker they wouldn’t kick me out of line. Very disappointed in this service at this location and their lack of Starbucks quality service.

The young girl at the window was absolutely the nicest. She asked about our day and recommended going on a whale watch tour while we were in town on vacation. Best advice ever. I wish I could remember her name. Young blonde girl. So nice. Thank you for awesome drinks and great advice with a smile.

Ordered the potato bites, they were ok but kinda bland. Wasn’t very busy but it took forever to get my drink. Potatoes were done 1st & sorta cold by the time my drink was ready.

The cashier could have been a little more friendly and attentive, instead of being short and inattentive. I had to repeat my order. Hopefully it was a one off.

Staff are really busy but 22 minute wait is outrageous and puts me off coming to Starbucks again. Hire more staff or give equal priority to those going in store than just the drive through

If I could give this particular locations zero stars I would. As I walk up and set my items down they turn up the volume on the speakers. Then I walk on the door and they start playing the worst music in the world full blast. I’m sensitive to sound and I especially don’t like to be blasted in the ear drum with bad music before I have even had a sip of coffee. I recommend liquid espresso instead of Starbucks any day.

Stopped here both mornings as hotel coffee isn’t always the best, both visits through the drive through were good! Friendly, fast and my coffee fix was satisfied both mornings.

Fall drinks are out today and was very disappointed. This location may need more training on how to make the fall drinks. They asked if we wanted it redone, we said yes, & they gave us the same drink. Had the same sticker and writing.
