Tasted a burnt taste, open burger bun was burnt, I know the cook saw this. Prepare my food like you would prepare yours. Also the lettuce in salads is just that cheap iceberg lettuce. Door Dash gave me a refund.

First time eating here, and I’m definitely coming back! Went for breakfast at the Batesville location, went through the drive-thru and got my food in literally seconds. The person at window was so nice. Everything was hot and delicious. My drink actually tasted like the drink, not watered-down like other places. The biscuit was the best I’ve ever tasted. I’m 30+ miles away, but I will definitely make the drive to get their food.

I ordered the new fried tomatoe burger and why when u get all the way home and relaxed I see that my burger has no meat on it just two fried tomatoes and bacon. On top of that, they made me pull up into a parking spot and brought my food out. It’s ridiculous that I always have to open my food up and check it cause this is a constant error that keeps happening.

The staff was rude. The tenders were raw. Every tender was raw. Every extra sauce was opened in the bag. The service was terrible. The person who brought out or food forgot half of it and got an attitude when we asked where the rest was. The store itself was nasty. There was dirt mold and bugs all over the place. They should be ashamed for serving food with those conditions.

We came for Free Wing day and were immediately greeted at the door by an extremely positive employee. Our food came out very quickly and when there was a small mishap they fixed it immediately. Great visit!

When I got home the bag had gravy in it. This also happened the last time I picked up food from Jacks.
