Delivery driver is a child and pretty princess. If your door isn’t right there, you will get a call from him cursing you out. He scared me to the point where I didn’t want to meet him to get my food. Guess he works most nights delivery, so don’t order here for dinner unless you want that bringing the food.

I don’t think that Kira Carreon’s review is correct! I have delt with this driver several times and he is always prompt and friendly. I live in an apt complex here and it is extremely hard to navigate as it took me a few weeks to figure out the lay out. Personally I’d rather have that driver call me and tell me he’s lost and get directions, and get my pizza hot and fresh, then have him driving around lost!! That is why we give our phone number so any unseen issues can be addressed sooner than later. So I think Karen needs to chill and realise maybe she is the problem here if giving some simple directions is too much of a bother to her. Go pick it up next time and learn some simple people skills!!

Ordered online at 11:33pm for carryout at Pioneerlocation. Only to get called halfway there informing me that they canceled my order because they have already shut there ovens down to go home. Laughable. Called sandhill location and there making my order. Awesome service always.

The XL Pepperoni Pizza we ordered this morning was exactly what we were hoping for. It came out perfectly, with no complaints whatsoever. Plus, it was hot and ready right on time when we arrived to pick it up. Overall, a great experience!

Absolutely phenomenal service every single time. These individuals care about their jobs, and always provide expertly made, hot, fresh, 100% accurate-to-order food. Upon my last visit about a week or two ago, I came in to pick up. I had paid for a few extra sauces, it was told they were out of the marinara I had been charged for. A young brunette lady I have never seen before took care of me at the register first by offering an alternate sauce, and then with a stroke of brilliance ran to the back to quickly scoop some marinara from their supply into a couple of to-go cups. This tiny gesture, however small at the time, was monumental to me. I couldn’t stop smiling at her genius idea and amazing outside of the box customer service skills. I will never forget this. Thank you for everything, young lady. We will forever be patrons of this Domino’s location.

Was here for a week and ordered carryout two times. Both times ordered the $13.99 large pizza with your choice of toppings. Both times were phenomenal. Felt like each slice weighed about a pound lol. They definitely don’t skimp on toppings. Every Domino’s is different and you never know what you’re gonna get. Other locations should be like this!

I ordered a pizza for pick-up last week. When I arrived the girl at the register was taking care of a customer. She appeared to be the only one in the store. Their sign indicated that my pizza was ready. She took about 7 minutes or so to take care of the customer then, went off to the side to do something for several more minutes. Then she went to box a pizza that had been sitting at the edge of the oven from before I walked in. While she was boxing the pizza another girl showed up and took care of me. Handing me the pizza that the other girl had just boxed up. When I got home I noted that although I had asked for a well done pizza this one was burned, cold, and one topping was missing from half of the pizza. Sorry to say I will never order from this store again…

Was on hold for over 30 minutes! Gave up and called back 5 times and put on hold for over 5 minutes each. Terrible service!
Went in person and ordered within 5 minutes. Came back to get order and the screen said my order was ready but they forgot to cook one pizza. Took another 15 minutes for my order to finish. Worst experience ever!
What should have been in and out ended up taking over an hour!!! Not even that busy!
I’m going to be filing a major complaint with Corporate tomorrow!!!
